I wouldn't bother with Venom Grenade if you aren't taking Poisonous Ray to use with it.
I certainly wouldn't skip Call Reinforcements at 38.
I would look at the order you choose powers before level 24, in case you exemplar below that level.

well it was call reinforcements or hasten and hasten is much more valuable imo,and i wanted to focus on defense so it had to be a tight build.
well i only made it for a m8 respecing, il remove it when hes done anyway.
Used to have Hasten on my bane. Respeced it out, didn't need it.

well thats your build idea i make builds that work for me.
I have this build on my PC, 23,5% +damage, 20'ish +HP and defences ranging from 43 to 47. With aid self, hasten and reinforcements and double assault. I dont really get this really tight build idea :s

I often see builds put up for a mate to see and for anyone else to perhaps pinch a slotting idea, but you're bound to get comments from people who take the build on display to mean that you're looking for suggestions.
