I knew she was Penny... Most of us knew it I guess, since we saw the poster.
Love her new look, but I agree, tight pants need to be back instead white.
I hope the update the model in Faultline, also thePraetorian wearing a Seer costume, give her at least her new face.
I predict awesome stuff coming. Its like CoH getting better and better and no signs of running out of ideas or new stuff. I like that! -
Yes, it looks better!
Thank you! -
Positron new leader, new armor too.
Hero 1 giving the old STF. He is healed from the Rikti infection, he will be back at the of SSA. (Part 5 contact was Glacia part 7 is Infernia... so 2+2).
And I hope my character joins the Freedom Phalanx! -
Well if Dark detonation can be changed to perform like Dark obliteration and Essence drain receive a buff in damage and heal, would not complain either!
-
Yes please!
Unify elements like dark or fire FX for powersets! -
It has to be a new look for Penelope Yin. Also she sports the new Pocked D female hairstyle, I think.
I think we have to many psychics, can someone tweak some of the iconic female powersets?
Sister Psyche, Swan, Numina, Aurora Borealis, Penelope Yin...
Same for Luminary and Mirror Spirit having blue default energy blast.
I think the most important heroes need some revamps for costumes and powersets tweaks. -
Im currently at 45,6% S/L.
I managed to softcap but... Not sure if the build could perform better.
Any tip or tweak?
Here is my build, and thanks in advance:

lol
This!
Seriously, WS are perfectly fine.
The only thing PBs needs are KB toned down A LOT to be KD. We all know why, that horse has been beated to death.
Another ultimate "buff" I would like to see for Kheldians is removing the stupid travel power restrictions.
I want a flying WS. And not one in a magic carpet or jetpack.
Also, PBs should be able to teleport if they want to.
SoA can get very nice numbers from leadership pool TWICE.
Show Kheldians some love, give them the toogles, KD, travel powers and sashes they deserve, please. -
I think Coyote is too small.
Saving up points this week. -
Electricity will be awesome, since it has great AoE damage, was a bit lacking more strenght for ST damage...
Energy melee and Martial arts should be revamped and get the AoE power for each set, now both sets underperform.
Still havent tried a KM/Nin or KM/EA stalker, now may be the right time!
What do you guys think? -
Thanks for the advance!
I know Blazing is better option, but is just so ugly... lol
Any comment about my last build posted above please? -
I have updated the build a bit, I think im softcapped for S/L now.
I hate Blazing aura FX so much, now I got Re-active T3 Im thinking about switching Blazing aura for Spring attack, with same sets and slots (6 Obliterations).
What do you guys think?

You need to try both, of course.
To me, the best melee powersets in the game, and the most fun. -
You got a new KoA in DA using StJ.
Also a few enemies in First Ward use fire whip from Demon summoning.
Will be more coming for sure.
I would like if some iconic heroes power would be readjusted, like Valkyrie using Titan weapons... Numina, Sister Psyque, Black Swan... too many psichics. -
/Signed.
I suggested this before. Would be cool to see all those new auras, path auras, and even the Empyrean armor and chest emblems at the tailor with a symbol to know we need to unlock them. -
I always put first look and concept over funtionality and performance.
But yes, devs gotta now by now we want basic concepts that covers most things up. Chest beating animation and Tarzan scream are the most silly things in this game, along with the onion rings from super jump, fiery pom poms of dead from hasten and ultra bright mess of super speed.
I wish they were working on power customization for pools and epics, even if they sell it for VIPs at the store. -
Guys that want a sash must be limited to the new CoT belt or upcoming Elemental Order belt.
Not too bad, compared with what we used to have before Freedom. -
Please Tunnel Rat, will you considere a minor update for the look of Fiery aura>Blazing aura?
The FX is one of the worst FX we have in game, it should be changed.
You and your team are awesome and we are getting the best FX in CoX to date.
I love the fire of Blazing aura. Would be awesome for the update.
If you cant update the global look of Fiery aura, at least suppress the ugly overpixelated "fart" effect that Blazing aura have please
The aura FX is ok but that fire exploding is... weird!
Please considere this as an alternative FX.
Also, congratulations for the Dark control FX, is awesome.
I wish all the Dark powers could have same effects.
Any chance of unify elemental armors and power effects to the latest FX avalaible?
Examples:
Dark melee, blast, armor etc, to look like new Dark control set.
Fire melee, blast, aura, manipulation, to look like plasma or blazing patch aura.
Ice hibernate to have the same block of ice the Costume Change emote; Block of ice. The current old hibernate ice is so clunky.
Electric powers, having the same updated FX of Electric control.
Thanks and keep the amazing work! -
I wish they update the signature heroes costumes and powers to shake things up a bit in the supergroups like Freedom Phalanx and Vindicators.
-
Quote:Those halos were bugged, man.The following is a quick 2 minute search through feedback threads where there was a lot of feedback to make the halos tintable. Guess what they did?
First versions of them were tintable, then stuck in nice and naugthy for years now tintable again.
There were always meant to be tintable.
I hope there are more tweeks coming in the future, because most of the latest packs were rushed badly.
I will think better to buy costume pieces from now on, if they keep this policy of rushed releases. -
What side do you pick more than others?
Hero.
What play style do you prefer?
Melee, solo or TFs. Usually Scrappers or Brutes.
What power set(s) do you favor?
Titan weapons, upcoming Staff fighting, Shield defense, Dual pistols... I think the newest powersets are more cool looking and have a unique feel, with those new mechanics and more fluid connected animations.
What zones do you like the most?
I love new Atlas, Faultline, Cimerora, First Ward, Nova Praetoria, Croatoa...
Do you usually play as a male or female (word of hatred) ''toon''?
I play both. Been playing some females lately as I have a female ninja clan proyect with different alts. Players always know I am a male, maybe because of the look or chest slider of my characters lol (Hate that "toon" word).
Views on Role Playing?
No
Servers?
Started in Union, tried Virtue, now testing Freedom... Not sure.
I think about getting all my characters in Union because I love the server but is not the most populated... Maybe I will go back to Virtue.
Freedom is good, but I got sick with all those gold vendors, PL stuff and Help? channel being always too loud... -
Dont skip Chain Induction!
Some changes were made, so if the main target dies in the first hit, the chain will jump for at least 2 more mobs.
Awesome!
I hate Thunderstrike animation with passion but it hits so hard I cant skip it. -
Quote:I wonder why these CoL mask are actual masks pieces in detail 2...You know what, I've wanted those masks forever too, you know what, I'm still waiting. No really, they gave the CoL masks. They're not the same! They have designs on them that (imo anyways) are limited to a few concepts.
I'm still waiting for the white mask that one could hopefully put on a few of the face details (like Makeup, Dark Eyes, Goth Eyes, Small Mask 1-5, X Eyes...ect).
That kinda why I didn't mention them in the previous post, but did mention the sash.
Is good to choose different eyes but it could be just different faces, like Praetorian clockwork faces.
The only thing we see under the mask is the eyes.
We could still use some other detail 2 pieces along with the mask if they were just some faces. Skin tone, 1 colour and details pre-tinted in a bright or dark version of the colour choosed.
Pity we can have the classic CoS masks, with the tear, lips and eyes painted.
