Quote:You must enter a certain radius of the bank, *OR* five minutes have passed since loading into the mission, whichever is first.I'm pretty sure the villain doesn't spawn until the player enters the general vicinity of the bank, at which point 'The Bank Is Being Robbed" warning flashes across the screen. If, in fact, my memory serves me correctly, it's not at all harmful to leisurely make one's way to the bank during a Safeguard. Only when the warning message is flashed must one make haste.

Quote:Whoops, I did mean to type 2004. In my defense, it was ridiculous o'clock when I posted that.

After using the dev or comm digest, you are locked out of making another search for several minutes (I've seen up to five minutes!!).. I think I'm going to continue using Devian's combo digest until they get something sorted out with that.

Quote:Oh-hooooo, see my brain wasn't even going to clothes. We're on a forum, so I wasn't thinking outside the box! I was like, "tag? tag???" lolA tag...like a clothing tag, or a tag on an item at the store...that's what it looks like to me as well, though I can also certainly see the pencil.
I don't see a clothing tag, I see a pencil. :x -
Quote:It looks like a "tag" to me.. unless I'm seeing different pictures than you are.
Looks like a pencil to me. (Granted, with the ridiculously-zoomed image quality, it's very fuzzed. But it sure doesn't look like a spray paint can, and I have no idea what a "tag" is supposed to look like, or even what it is other than the words at the bottom of the thread.) -
Quote:I really recommend not using this color if you're going to color-format your links. It is awful if you're using the villain theme.
-
Uhh, spray paint cans??? You mean the little pencils to the right of thread titles? Like on "Mob AI- RUN AWAY!" it says "mobs"? Those are the tags for the thread, they're located at the bottom of the thread page. Users can add tags to a post.

Most of City is played in instances, so you'll not see many people running around. Additionally, since you're on a trial, you cannot start teams of your own, so it restricts you further. Using /search command in the chat line gets you the results of all characters in your zone, and then you can alter your search terms from that window to include more or fewer options.
Trial accounts are restricted from creating and starting Mission Architect story arcs, though they can join others who are running them.
http://www.paragonwiki.com is a huge resource for questions about lore, mechanics, definitions of items, story arcs, and way more. I recommend bookmarking it. -
Quote:Two hours.Run a few newspapers then the Safeguard/Mayhem! These will give you a jetpack for moving around, with one hour and thirty minute's worth of fuel!
Quote:To cut to the sweet of it, some content is unlockable, Paragon Wiki (www.paragonwiki.org) will tell you all about that stuff. -
As I said here:
That seems to happen just after checking the dev and/or community digest. Had you checked the digests recently? -

Quote:Skul is a rare mini boss in a dungeon called Stratholme. He's been in Stratholme since Stratholme came out. Stratholme was in World of Warcraft from the beginning. (I do not know Warcraft lore enough to know if Skul existed in the standard, older Warcraft games.) WoW and CoH released in the same year (2004). Therefore, their Skul is older than our Skuls. :xSo I Googled "skul" to see what I'd find and something came up. What the heck is this? Seriously... the shame of stealing a competitor's injoke for your own game. It isn't enough that they have "Leeeeroooy," but now they're stealin' our skuls. Next they'll be taking our GONE TO THE AMERICANS too.
Besides, would you rather have one boring single solitary Skul, or would you rather have whole heaping zones full of Skuls? I'd rather have zones full of Skuls! -
Quote:Next on "Where are they now: Paragon City"...This happened when they added the ragdoll physics to the game. All of the magic store signs were replaced with a new version that could swing if you bumped into it. Previously the signs for the two magic stores had slightly different dimensions but only one size was made for the new swingin' version. Instead of reworking the textures for both shops, they apparently decided to give Tabitha the boot instead.
She now lives in a hollowed-out tree trunk in Croatoa with a pet pumpkin.

Alternately, talk to your initial contact. They'll usually have an option to send you on to the next contact in the chain (if you're of appropriate level) or a different contact of appropriate level if you're higher level than the next contact in the chain.
Note that this works better in heroes than villains, as villains must start over with each island and work their way into the graces of each separate island's contacts. (By completing newspaper and mayhem missions.)

Ya'll know you can report yourself for infringement, right? You don't need someone else to do it. Just say something "I didn't know this was trademarked when I made it, can I get a non-infringing name?" or something like that.
