Babs is already working on a "close to original colors as possible" default color for power customization.

That's because they're not in there. Weird things get omitted in different places. Different things get omitted or glossed over in different announcements. Paragon's patch notes are infamously incomplete, sometimes flat-out wrong.

Quote:They're not talking about enhancements. They're talking about powers. Now, when you exemplar down to (for instance) level 15, you still have access to your level 16, level 18, and level 20 powers....it's awesome! When was it three? You always lost all your powers down to the level you were exemplared to I thought. Set bonuses still have the rule-of-3-levels I believe: if you exemplar down, and the level of the enhancement that gives you the set bonus is more than 3 higher than your exemplar level you lose it. Most of it should be detailed here: Wiki: Exemplar Effects on Enhancements

Quote:It hasn't been activated as a click buff (or, technically, toggleable on/off) - you can do this yourself by going to:I found one minor bug. The Traps set, Force Field Generator, for Defenders has the correct (Defender) defense values. However, FFG is not selectable under "Totals" such that its defense values add in for calculating your positional and typed defenses. On Masterminds and Corruptors, you can do this, just not on Defenders.
Lewis
Options > Advanced > Database Editor
Main Database Editor
Left column, select Defender Buff
Middle column, select Traps
Right column, select Force Field Generator, then click "Edit" at the bottom of the right column
On the right-hand side, in the column "MxD Special Flags", make sure "Power is a Click Buff" is selected. Click OK.
Click Save & Close at the bottom of the Main Database Editor screen.
Close the Database Editor screen.
You will have to reload your build (or select another powerset and re-select Traps) in order for the display to update. -
All characters on a team will be the mission holder or team leader's sidekick for the duration of the team due to the new super-sidekicking feature (if they don't accept SSK, they are auto-kicked from the team). YES, this means a level 50 will "sidekick" a level 50 if teamed together.

http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Exemplar...n_Enhancements
It affects the % of each individual enhancement portion of each enhancement (so the acc/dam portion of a dual-aspect IO counts the acc separately from the dam....acc/dam/rech is three aspects...acc/dam/rech/end is four aspects...understand?)
So yes, generic IOs are affected if you exemplar down far enough. -
And they're kicks. Now select the punching option, which does not have a "default" or "original colors" option. You HAVE to choose the colors you want.

Uninstall and delete anything left over in the folder (uninstall doesn't remove *everything*)...reinstall. Still same problem?

Quote:No, they cannot.I am not sure if you are still reading this thread InjuryGirl but if you like then you can send me a message in-game via my global chat handle (If you are on the virtue server). Just type @The Dreaming Shadow, 'and then you message here' and let me know what your main character is, I'll add you to friends and be more then glad to help you along with the game with any questions that you may have.

Tailor tokens will be granted on Friday, Sept 18.

If you click on the link in the second column (after the red/gray/green jellybean), it takes you to exactly the post that was repped, not just the thread.

The real numbers in game are rounded to two decimal points. Therefore, rounding otherwise means the numbers are not matching what the game says.

Nice, the in-game store was available today so I respec'd in and tested all the rest of the information, and they match your results, Shadow State [edit: except I couldn't test the level 6 stuff, but since the rest of the numbers matched exactly, I am fine with using your results].
Additionally, I added some notes below the table to give some data points on Swift and Hurdle (common travel power supplements). -
Quote:http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showt...12#post2234312But seriously... A dev or comm-rep can prevent a big letdown by poking their head in here...
This is pretty much as close as they get. A five hour maintenance typically only happens when the servers are having a huge meltdown (which they're not), or an issue is launching (which is possible). -
Aggelakis is the last name of my main hero, who existed before I learned of CoX in various roleplaying games, online and offline.
I use "kellzilla" on my second account, which is a play on a nickname (Kelly) and Godzilla, who is my first and last cheesy movie love. I also additionally use "Der Zilla", even though it doesn't match my gender (should be "Die Zilla", but when I first started using that people always asked why I wanted Godzilla to die, instead of being "The Zilla" in the feminine form). I didn't use it on my forum account because they didn't allow spaces, so stuck with "kellzilla".
edit: I've been going by "kellzilla" since 1997. -
Highest load is last. It has flip-flopped multiple times in the history of the game, so people often forget which way it's listing currently.

Quote:Swift, at level 50, with no enhancements, adds 1.95mph fly speed. With one level 50 fly SO, it adds 2.61mph. With two fly enh, 3.26mph. With three enh, 3.81mph.Thanks for updating, I was just trying to decide how to slot Flight last night. But, and maybe it's me just being dense, I couldn't figure out what that table means. Assuming 50, one SO plus Swift would cap? Does Swift need to be slotted for flight? Or do we need a second SO? How much enhancement overall (so I could plan I sets like Winter's Gift?)
With one SO in Fly, you will not cap fly speed with Swift. With two, you will cap fly speed even if you don't put a fly enhancement in Swift (so feel free to bump your run speed instead).
Two even-level SOs in fly is 66%, plus Swift's 35% fly speed at level 50, for a total enhancement of 101%. -
Thanks for those, but as seen by comparing those numbers with the real numbers I got from in game, your numbers are slightly off due to rounding. Therefore, I'm not going to incorporate them and don't recommend anyone else do it either, until/unless Z_M fixes the rounding issue.

If I'm not playing the game, chances are pretty good I'm sleeping or at work. If I'm neither of those, chances are relatively good I'm on the forums or the Wiki (or the Titan forums).
Other games I'm playing right now include World of Warcraft, D&D Online, Pirates of the Burning Sea (this game is awesome....awesome!), and I'm attempting to get my trial of LOTRO going but it won't accept my serial keys. *fistshake*
I don't have a console game system. I desperately want an XBOX 360 though, because I saw about 187 games at PAX that I really want to play and most of them are PC (got that one covered!) or XBOX. -
ITF is not set at level 50, it scales. A team of eight level 35s will get a level 35 ITF.
