Correct. It disappears ("breaks") once its last charge is used.
  2. The Praetorian villains spawn at a minimum of level 48. They are then adjusted by your difficulty. So a team of level 45s sitting at +2 diff is probably going to get a level 50 Praetorian villain. Maybe a 49 - or maybe a 51!

    I don't know about Nosferatu.

  4. http://www.trueevil.org/trekain/contacts.html
This lists contacts in CoV, updated through 2006. I really like its layout and wish it would get updated to include the newer contacts. There have only been a few contacts added to redside since then, a full (updated through TODAY ) list of contacts can be found at
    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Category:CoV_Contacts
    -- sorted by level : http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Category:Contacts_By_Level
    -- sorted by zone : http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Category:Contacts_By_Zone
**** the above two links include both CoH and CoV, so you'll have to pick through them as appropriate.
  5. Each zone on redside, starting with Port Oakes, needs to start off with at least one bank mission to be introduced to a first contact on that island. More if you want to get EVERY contact.
  6. Contact support. They'll fix it. Veteran rewards get screwed up fairly frequently, for the weirdest reasons.
  7. Perhaps you had bad costumer support because customer support doesn't deal with the costume designer.

    /bad joke

Wikia's version is ridiculously out of date and the playground of spammers. It isn't the home of Paragon Wiki, which exists at http://www.paragonwiki.com and also at http://wiki.cohtitan.com (same website, two URLs).

    PvP Sets

PVP sets have two set bonuses:

1 set of PVE set bonuses that act ALL THE TIME, in PVE and PVP
1 set of PVP set bonuses that only act IF YOU ARE IN A PVP ZONE/ARENA ZONE
  10. I edited it because he used the NPC Text template (only NPC Text uses the NPC Text template), and the wiki doesn't hide spoilers unless they're serious plot points.
  11. And they also told us we're supposed to /bug it when it happens (or, heck, now we can tell Arbiter Kim!), cos it *IS* a bug.

You can edit the page to make a note. It's a wiki. Everyone is an author.

A larger number than you would expect. I have three subscriptions going right now (CoX, WoW, Aion), my boyfriend has two (CoX, WoW), many many people I know have at least two going.
  15. The toggle debuffs should interrupt his summons. They're supposed to, anyway. Similar to the way toggle debuffs interrupt Vahz aboms from exploding.

The onus is on the players to change the links.

Many important links, like those in the Guide to Guides, are already updated.

Looks like the Fart Folks need to get their butts in gear.

    Just sayin'.

That's even worse than "I'm not a villain."

"I am not a villain, but I'm willing to make one of my heroes do really terrible things so that I can play on redside."

Um... what? The AVs in Safeguards ("bank missions") are redside signature villains, like Ghost Widow, etc.

You need to do Maria Jenkins/Tina Macintyre's arcs to get the Dimensional Warder Praetorian villains.

Do you have any +perception buffs on your toon(s) that ran those missions? This includes Tactics, Focused Accuracy, the IO from Rectified Reticle, several single-target/party buffs and several armor toggles.

Having +perception makes it so they don't disappear when they run off. They apply a level of stealth when they run off, and since you have +perception, you ignore it. The same with the Tsoo spirits when they run off.

Pretty sure you mean "posterity" - prosperity is getting rich.

GvE jump pack increases fly speed no matter which direction you are pointing, it doesn't care whether you're going up or not. You don't have to push the space bar for it to activate. Additionally, you don't have to have the jets animating for the fly speed increase, that's just there for pretties.

Additionally, I want to clarify that the GvE pack gives unlimited vertical movement when jumping, and does NOT give any sort of forward jumping mobility. ONLY what forward jumping mobility you already have will allow you to move forward while GvE-jumping. If you don't have any jump buffs, you're NOT going to go forward very much at all.

Did you notice the "UPDATED 01 Jul 2008" flag on Creative Geniuses? We got a forum upgrade a bit ago. Old links from the old forums don't work because the new forums use a different database, and a different URL format as well.
