No one knows.

Maybe even the Devs aren't sure about some of those things yet. And if they are, it may change in Testing. So,

No one knows.

What? Pardon my ignorance, but we can take a villain to the blue side? Vice versa?

I've always been curious about the red side. I'd take one of mine over to look.

Yes, you can, if you purchase the upcoming expansion Going Rogue when it's released.

And if you're curious about redside, just make a villain and check it out.

We cannot do this in the live version.

What he is talking about is a feature that is going to be in the next Expansion of the game, called Going Rogue, which will allow for side-switching of a sort.

It wont be happening until the new paid expansion comes out the end of this year beginning of next. You can get some info here

If your mouse has greater processing power than your gfx card, the answer is yes.

...but you're willing to make one of your heroes fall from grace in order to do redside content.

That's even worse than "I'm not a villain."

Rorschach is a hero, right?

Yeah, falling does sound a lot cooler than just showing up as Henchman 24 in CoV.

I think the point of Watchmen is that you can't put people in the red and blue boxes, but maybe that's just me.

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. Grace shmace... it's all relative anyhow. Just like "terrible things"

Not to sound snarky, but this comment/reaction/POV/whatever always pulls me up short.

As if playing a game makes one 'good', 'bad', or just a 'technogeek with money, a PC, an Internet connection and too much free time' (or 'indifferent' if you prefer). I used to play with a 'Hero' who was very adamant about not playing CoV (eventhough he had bought the Collectors Edition for other reasons and could then play Redside). He told me that he just wasnt 'that sort of person'. I had to wonder after all his claims of comeraderie and such just what he actually thought of me when I began playing 90% of my time Redside. Not that it mattered by that time because he had shown himself to be a bit of a jerk ingame (not that it is a crime to be a jerk; everyone has their foibles). A year or so later he too began playing Redside, but had alienated himself from a good sized group of friendly players for nonesense reasons.

Play Red; play Blue; play Chartreuse with Pink polkadots. The missions are the same with a bit different textual flavor. I just prefer the AT's Redside because the Devs had a year to fine tune playstyles before they added them to the game and made AT's that felt a lot more fun and playable to me. Plus the graphics were better/richer and the Story Arcs and Mission Progression had been fine tuned over CoH, useless timesinks had been eliminated, etc. (CoV=CoH Improved)

I used to have a short 'Cut and Paste' for just this sort of comment ages ago, but now I just say "go talk to HardCase". Have fun; whatever you do, and try not to think too badly about us "Villains".

I did Hardcase's arcs once... and only once. Damn bleeding heart. Not really a hard case either - so ironic.
