HO's are now useless ? hardly.. I use them in almost every build along with IO's to very good effect IMO and run everything in the game...
It turns HOs into the Energy Melee of the enhancements--not totally suck, but there're just quite a number of things which are better.

You can exemplar all the way down to 32 before enhancement scaling kicks in, I think. That's still a good chunk of the level range. With alpha slot only working at 45+, it makes sense to make dedicated exemplar builds anyway.

Luckily, for powers slotted with 2 HO's and 1 LotG 7.5 (Lv50), the difference in enhancement value is not very much at all. High end builds can expect to lose ~1% defense which you can make up by overslotting elsewhere.

How unfortunate. I had hoped that the HOs would remain useful content.
But, between this and the ability to +5 purples, HOs may go the way of arena pets.

I have seen it happen too. But I also don't know how it is done.
It seems it would just take -jump, not immob -
+rech seems to affect accolade powers and incarnate powers. So that's nice and useful.

In practice, it sometimes results in me activating w/e power at the end of a battle because there was no gap for the auto power to go off. But that's kind of cool when it's the incarnate power that activates by raising my arms in the air while standing on a pile of bodies. -
Or your billing date the first time and then the 1st of the month thereafter.
It's pretty low on the priority list, so ask for w/e the hell you'd like--not gonna matter anyway. -

Incarnate powers etc can upgrade it to "decent."
The only real problem with EM is there's nothing particularly outstanding about it. Which is fine. But more than one other set has something outstanding about it. So it makes EM seem lame by comparison. -
