That is actually one thing i haven't done. I did all my TFs before the SK change. I can definetely see something like POSI being less grueling, but its still nonetheless, the same TF. Maybe a break is a good idea. Just stinks that i have the free time to play :P.

I made one, i think its okay. While new power sets are always a nice change, i was referring more in terms of content. I have a ton of alts, most of which are at level 50. I have 3 accounts, but for the last 4-5 months have only been keeping 1 active. A couple of months ago, i tried a reboot of sorts, i moved to a more populated server (freedom) where i did not really know anyone, and started from scratch. I thought maybe meeting new people in game would help in terms of interest, and played some new sets which did hold my interest for a bit. Now, i'm starting to feel the repetition. I have done all the TF's, i did my fair share of AE (both story driven arcs, and farming), i was in a PVP SG in the Champion server for a few years, so i had my fill of that too. I guess i'm running out of things to do. I would like to see some challenges that can grasp that interest again. Sort of like Hami, or the hydra trial etc. Maybe for me the game just has lost its shelf life with me. Unfortunately i like it better than everything else out there (MMO's i mean). -
seriously getting bored with issue 16 already. By the way i think the color customization is great. Other than that its all game play adjustments. What is everyone doing to keep the game fresh right now? Recommend any really good AE arcs to try out? Im not a fan of AE, but willing to try it some more if anything has caught your attention.

I think you need to go back to your other options, as they are viable. Parrallels or boot camp work great. Actually running the game through boot camp is even better than running it natively on many PC's. Seriously, spend 75 bucks on an OEM version of xp or vista and load it up. I know i know, you heard that already, but seriously your wasting your time complaining.

There is a Statesman_EU, but it is not listed as banned. Its listed as recruit. Maybe they want to check into that in case it has red name privileges.

How does this address the fact that Task forces require team members to be minimum level, if they auto sk up to team leader while mission is not selected? Kind of seems like the progression of a lot of content will become out of whack if this has not been addressed?
Will they still not be allowed to join in content designated above their level? will they be able to enter zones, they previously weren't allowed in? If they can get in, what happens if they are kicked from team, or quit team in a hazard zone?
Believe it or not, this will not curb powerleveling as much as one may think, and thats not a bad thing. with complete control, you can still set a mission for higher level foes set for 6 or 8. The SK will still get a large enough amount of XP if there are only a couple of people in the door. Then, there is AE where powerleveling has been more prevelant. Level 49 auto'd heroes and villains can still participate in defeating 53 and 54 bosses. Their xp will still be accelarated. So, i guess changes look good. I'm curious though as to what happens in the first part of my post. -
I just wish you can see an expanded view of everything, rather than having to enter sections to see all the sub-sections. Kinda annoying. i liked the quick view of the most recent post on everything.

I am not worried about the NA, i read that comment earlier by a red name. When setting up the first time, i must have missed a note somewhere that it cannot be changed. I hope they add that feature once they get everyone acclimated.
Thanks for clarifying for me though. I have been search non-stop through my various options.

Would be cool if we could get some new/alternate music in the game for the zones. It was also thinking it might be neat to be able to upload your own mp3's as customizable music from zone to zone. I usually play with the sound off when i play COH because the sounds and effects have become so tiresome. Only time i turn it on is when i cant find a clicky.

One thing puzzles me about his actions in RV. He would try to "win the zone" at all costs etc...but i thought it was funny that he would TP not just the neutral parties in the zone, that were not pvping as he describes in his papers, but also the PvPers who were in fact playing the zone as intended. Trying to defeat either good or evil.
I have gotten tped by him a few times during my tenure with HVND I never got me killed or anything (at least not repeatedly, i'm sure he has a log if he did), but it doesn't seem to correlate with his study because myself and others were pvping the opposite faction. -

ages ago prior to AE farming, during double xp weekend i leveled a 2 villains (3 accounts at the time) to 50 in 14 hours for a double xp weekend. I'm sure some people have done it even faster. My point is, that is a crappy way of measuring whether a toon gets deleted.

I understand your point ancient, it is used in different ways...but what does it mean for the character name sex of diamonds? While it probably doesn't mean anything, does it sound more like a word of a permission slip, or that of the actual act? To me, its sounds like diamonds are having sex....(obviously that doesn't make sense but makes my mind "go there") Also, most forms these days say gender, not sex. Just an FYI.
For the record, I personally wouldn't rate your arc based on that and it doesn't offend me. I am just trying to figure out what someone may have been thinking when the 1 star rated you. -

The changes made me give up PvP. I won't even step into the arena or zone anymore. Too much wasted time and practice on many characters to have it dwindled down to what it is now. The only thing keeping me in this game for now, is experimenting with new sets and running some of the content ive missed over the past year. Soon though, i fear ill be through all that and back on hiatus. I really wish Castle would revert the changes. He used to be the coolest Dev around, but now it seems like he is just hell bent on killing PvP. There used to be a time when player feedback mattered. Not so much anymore as drastic changes are made on a wimb.

I was reading into this expansion with the limited amount of information that this paid expansion allows you to explore Praetorian Earth, where Tyrant (the evil version of Statesman) is from. It's going to allow for side switching, and introduces an alignment system etc. I'm wondering though. Will side switching only be in this "Praetorian Earth", or will be able to play our villains/heroes after they switch in the current form of paragon city or rouge isles? Only a red-name could confirm that of course, unless i'm missing something. Either way, it should be fun.
