hehe, before i quit 2 years ago my ice/rad corr was at lvl 30 something and was a monster in SC, i got curious about a week ago and took him out for a spin. i think i will leave him on the shelf for a little while longer. but... again, as we all know, damn near any toon nowadays will work in a pvp zone, all depends on how much mula you are willing to spend. i say roll the fire, its animations are right on par with teh ice trowahz except for flares, which got a huge damage buff so...

also had a question on this topic myself, so, down to the AT's defender or corr? my guess would be the corr simply because of the deadly scourge... but if i am not mistaken the defender's kin and end drain from elec is a little stronger right?

As the only active member from JAL who still PvPs and not a leader so i cannot invite anyone i have been working with the fellas from main event, also a few of the guys from death are back and have been talking about some things. But as the posters above me had stated most of the real PvPrs have left, and i16 drove this game further into the grave so i wouldnt even bother, just hang out in PD and enjoy some KB with whats left of the real PvPrs of freedom. well, what will you be using him for? zone, arena, just a 1v1 toon? f/k Corrs are good 1v1 toons simply because of the /kin

I also would suggest fire or BS as the primary, if you are trying to only duel MM's then i would say to take TP foe, get them away from BG and let the fun begin, unless they are eating oranges. Dark is good with regen as far as staying alive, you will almost always have a heal on tap if you go dark/regen, but good luck killing much.

Anything can do well in sirens, all depends on how you build your toon and how you play, are you looking for DPS or survivability? do you like ranged attacks or melee?

I agree with Orion, in the world of PvP it is all about resist, not defense, I know I personally can hit through any defensive power, even the tier nines. Blasters get aim and build up and with To-hit enhancements and all the +acc set bonuses it is far easier to shred through someone’s defense. As I said in another thread I would make a fire/regen if you are insistent on making a scrapper

Pretty much all you described can be found in the corrupter AT on the villain side. If you want DoT i would say go fire/ have fun, and welcome to the family

Is the toon already at lvl 50? no ancilary pool? If the toon is already at lvl 50 i would leave him there, there are far better combinations for scrappers in the world of PvP.

I would go with something /regen I hear fire/ is pretty good, but i would prolly say broadsword/regen good damage-great survivability, also remember that it isn't defense that you want in pvp, it is resistance.
