Vahz and BP masks (in talos) spawn mainly at night. Vahz were only recently given daytime hours to make that unpleasant aspect of Numina less nasty. Now would be the ideal time to run a speedy numina

I can see LostNinja's point from a casual standpoint. My view is this: Reduce the number of zones affected per 'invasion', and lower the frequency slightly. That way, people will (hopefully) all flock to one zone, increasing the chance of EB spawns...instead of spread over 3 zones (considering weekday daytime server population, I don't bother with any zones until after 6pm, more hassle than it's worth)

But i'm far more aligned with the blissful irony of the devs getting an earful for them not working properly, and now some discontent on them working WAI. There may be a happy medium, but this is fine as is, imvho

Its not so much the powers that I like around the idea of a staff set, its more how they could really make the animations really good.
