Are these raids still active? I've just got my claws scrapper to 35 so I'm up for getting some Vanguard Merits 
As far as I know they are still running.
I normally join the runs but missed last weekends, it was run the weekend before though & I know people that were on last weekend's run so as of last weekend they were still running.

First one starts at 19:00, second around 20:00.
