Quote:But thats not what they originally said and that is why everyone has questions. Your statement makes perfect sense But thats not what they announced. This is what they announced and If they didn't mean Complete Collection Item Pack they should have worded it differently and clear.Quote:
The City of Heroes Going Rogue: Complete Collection costs $39.99 (€29.99 / £26.99) and includes City of Heroes Going Rogue as well as City of Heroes, City of Villains, 30 days of game time, and the Complete Collection Item Pack. With the game time and previous expansions included, it is ideal for those who are new to City of Heroes franchise
Like I said, it's not rocket science. And since you're not a rocket scientist, you don't have to apply rocket science to it, just like you said you didn't do. (Wut.) -
Quote:You're completely misinterpreting what that means. We have:Okay thank you for redirecting me to this post Tired but If they are calling it the Complete Collection Item Pack it would stand to reason that it would include all the following otherwise it would be incomplete.
[list]
That's basicly what I would expect included in a Complete Collection Item Pack, and it would stand to reason that it easily could be 15-20 dollars. Thats what I was asking specifically because thats what would determine if I would get the pre buy or wait.
Be nice for a redname to comment on this question.

Going Rogue
Going Rogue: Complete Edition
Going Rogue Item Pack
Going Rogue is an expansion.
Going Rogue: Complete Edition is a full game, plus game time, plus collector-style goodies (in and out of game).
Going Rogue Item Pack is the in-game goodies that Going Rogue does not come with but Going Rogue: Complete Edition does.
This is not rocket science. -
Quote:That's due to the different archetype modifiers. Corruptors have higher buff/debuff modifiers than Blasters, and Defenders have even higher buff/debuff modifiers. Modifiers do not (should not) have any bearing on endurance cost.I did notice, however, that Blaster Shriek does -13% resist while Corruptor shriek does -15%.
The only archetype that has an endurance difference should be Mastermind, to make up for their pets doing most of the damage, meaning the MM uses little to no endurance on dealing damage.
If there's a difference between identical powers on different ATs, it should be /bugged so it can be investigated. -
There is a thread in the DP Open Beta discussion forum for pictures of your DP characters.
(It's "Dual Pistols", by the way. "Duel" has a completely different meaning.) -
Batman is totally a Stalker, with a Gadgets secondary instead of anything currently available.
(I totally want a Gadgets secondary for Stalkers, btw.) -

If you feel things need to be added, the wiki is editable by everyone.

(This month was epic in its "down to the last minute" entries! LOL) -
The devs have been on board many, many times against raising the level cap.

No, of course you're not.

Quote:This MMORPG article is why people are saying March 2nd.We don't know for sure, but probably this coming week or early the following one.
I saw some people saying March 2nd/3rd in another thread last week, but I haven't seen anything official to confirm it.Quote:Originally Posted by MMORPGHow about the fact that beginning on March 2nd, those who pre-order Going Rogue will receive early access to the expansion's two new powersets -
Quote:You can, in fact, experience this first-hand, not just do some research to figure out why you're misinformed. Defeat Mob Type A Level Z inside a mission. Defeat the same Mob Type A Level Z out on the street. You will get the same XP.Really. It's not that I don't believe you (seriously), but I've read numerous posts in the past that led me to believe that there had been one. Perhaps my confusion comes from the notion that granting a bonus to mission completion and halving debt in missions does (sort of) balance out to the same thing. But that's an uneducated guess, pure wild speculation, and an unmitigated attempt to save face.
I'll do some research to figure out where I came up with the notion.
However, be defeated by Mob Type A Level Z inside a mission vs outside on the street, and your defeat inside the mission will give you half the XP debt than the defeat out on the street. -
Quote:Actually, it's the STF, not the LGTF. In addition to the Khan TF.Bad Penny shows up in the Khan TF - he's one of the Villains you fight at City Hall.
Was getting my acronyms mixed up. I remembered it's the mission in the thorn tree, and my brain just latched onto "LGTF" that Ironblade said. -
Just one question: Who cares?
I mean, besides you... -
This was most amusing, because a friend of mine had a character named Bad Penny, prior to the creation of LGTF. We always pretend we're fighting his brute instead of whatever BP actually is.

Hahaha, that is adorable, Frost. Am I allowed to say that in reference to a dating site ad? Gah, but it is! LOL
-
No word. Every time you ask about beta dates, the devs kill a kitten and push back the date by a week.

Ooh, a Wassy Agge? *ponder and ponders* ("artstuffs" siglink!)
-
No. They did that the first time this was talked about, way back many months ago when we first heard about Desdemona. (I remember the thread because I posted in it, mentioning something similar to what Scythus said.)
