    With Shards and Inf alone, you can have a Vicky with 95 Shards, 25 mil Inf, and a 9 day wait for the best Shard to Thread conversion rate.

    OR... If you run the BAF about 6 times, you'll have your Vicky right away with no Inf and probably no need to convert Shards.


    The unlocking of the four slots and getting a Tier1 in all four slots is relatively easy considering that you're picking up four new powers in the process. The bar to do that could have justifiably been set much higher.

    The really high bar is getting to Tier4 in all slots. (Though, I recommend shooting for the two Tier3s with level shifts as a first goal before any other advancement past Tier1.)
  2. Don't forget that part of the 7th Anniversary Loyalty reward will be another vanity pet: a mini-HVAS, or, MVAS.

  6. An excellent point. It should be included with the Ability that also gives Range since most of the Interruptibles are snipes. Go to Beta and give Feedback about it in the appropriate Feedback thread!

    The original file's gain is almost as loud as you can get without clipping, which introduces a buzz into the file. So, I went ahead with the over-gain. You might find the buzzing, which isn't as bad as it sounds, helpful in finding the glowie.

    If the file causes the universe to implode, I disavow all knowledge. Caveat emptor.

    Also, I made a push when Temp Recipe drops were introduced to make a Summon Teammates Temp Recipe drop (like the power you get from Safeguard/Mayhem missions). It turns out, at the same times, the Dev team was late announcing a Vet reward and, within a week of my suggestion, the belated Vet Reward was announced: Assemble the Team.

    Don't read too much into that.

    It's meant that it can be used in the future for other things like TFs and CoPs and Raids *in the same server*.


    Of course, that doesn't mean cross server something won't be implemented sometime.... soon.

    The Suits are in charge and they pay the Devs. Production is an arm of the Suits and they run things at Paragon Studios.

    The days when the Devs could hide between the shifting sands of Cryptic and NCSoft and do whatever they want is over. It's all NCSoft now. They are firmly in charge of the direction of development. The Devs must create within that constraint.

    Might as well have just shown stills of the comics and voiced over them.

    Not too mention the writing...

    Yeah, we know. We heard the mumbo jumbo the first time. BTW, Lois, how did the half dead part of you feel like being dead when you were dead, because, when you're dead, it's unlikely one thinks, "huh, this is what it's like to be dead!".

    I just ran it twice in a row and both times I and my teammates get the 2 Shard reward. First time Merits were doubled, second time they were halved. First time also gave Notice of the Well.

    You know if each issue had it's own 'Big Bad' there would be complaints about the villain-of-the-issue and the lack of a story arc between issues.
