You can also put that at the end of your shortcut target line: add a space and then "-maxfps #" (without the quotes) - then you don't have to worry about remembering to hit a button every time you log in.

I don't use any enhancements (except drops) until level 12, when I put in some acc and end DOs. I replace with a full set of DOs at 17, then switch over to generic IOs at 22. Most of my characters don't even make it to 25, let alone 50 (yay altoholism), so I rarely worry about anything more than that. >.> I have ONE character with significant set IOs, and she hasn't added another piece to her collection (her build is only half done) in a year or so. She's about 1/3 SOs, 1/3 generic IOs and 1/3 sets.

I have been booted from a team for 'not healing enough' - mind you, this is on my Level 50 Empath; she has all the buffs slotted to the hilt (granted, with HOs; but that's still more than plenty), and rarely needs to heal. Apparently I'm supposed to put the tank on follow and my PBAoE heal on auto. And do nothing but throw heals and buffs around.
I'm sorry, I have a secondary, and Rain of Pwnies won't fire itself!
edit: I have also been booted for not having SB, after clarifying to the person who sent me the invite that I hadn't picked SB up yet (next power purchase).
edit2: On a different character, obviously. -
Posting on the forums requires an active game account. If you can post on the forums, you can log into the game. Make sure you're not using your NCsoft user/pw combo when trying to log into the game (game user/pw is separate from NCsoft user/pw... and it SHOULD be different, though many people are using the same user/pw for both (bad idea)).

Mission holder. (Who may or may not be the leader.)

This sounds like typical GPU heat-death. Make sure you've blown out all the dust and stuff, make sure all your fans are spinning, etc.
Note that graphics cards fail over time, so being able to run CoX under Vista three to four months ago doesn't mean much. -
This statement is confusing and sort-of wrong. When you are on a team, you use whichever team size (virtual or real) is bigger. If you're on a four-man team set to x8, you will fight eight team members' worth of enemies. If you're on a six-man team set to x4, you will fight six team members' worth of enemies.

Quote:I honestly have no idea how much more clear "Issue 17 Closed Beta Starting Tuesday, March 2nd!" can be. Nor do I know how "shutting down the Test Server for Issue 17 Closed Beta" can be at all confusing or vague. That post was pretty ambiguous. The title does clearly state that it begins in Tuesday, but the message could be interpreted as saying that the server was merely going down on Tuesday. I think the main confusion here is between that and the fact that the patch (which was quite large) went up late in the day. If you look at the announcement for the Dual Pistols Closed Beta, it was a lot clearer.

If you pre-purchase Going Rogue, you will have DP for DXP weekend. It says that in the OP, it said that in previous announcements and interviews, and we've even added it to ParagonWiki.

Willpower performs more evenly because of the resists, defense, and regeneration combination. You don't have nearly the spiking that Regeneration has ("omg almost dead, click! all better....omg almost dead, click! all better..."), since other than a little bit of resistance in Resilience, Regeneration relies ENTIRELY on heals and regenerating damage.
I personally like Regen more than Willpower because it's more active. There are plenty of people who prefer Willpower, for various reasons. -
Quote:No, they didn't say anything about a bug the first DXP with AE, when AE was getting doubled. To clarify, as I recall, they stated that 2XP in AE was the bug, and that no 2XP in AE was in fact WAI. (Granted, the first 2XP weekend with AE around, I think the impfarms were still going full force. So yea. >.>)
They then said, during the second DXP with AE, when AE was not getting doubled, that it was a bug. This means it was not WAI. -

Because the OP asked for high quality images.

Quote:Lucky is correct (as insane as it sounds - making AE leveling faster... right...)The AE doesn't give double XP (nor does it allow you to use Patrol XP except to pay off debt). That's working as intended.

Make sure to /bug it as well. Just mentioning it since your post makes it seem like you are dismissing /bug entirely. Bug reports go to the developers instead of the GMs.
-
Log out and back in to see if it resets? May just be bugged. If so, submit a /bug!

Oh, for the love of Pete! I didn't even notice that because of the timezone weirdness.
OCR, please get someone who can write times and dates correctly and doublecheck others' work. -
Yes, if it was egregious exploiting. Make sure you're looking on the right server, and that you're checking all the pages of characters (there's three pages of characters).

You have to purchase the game (between $10 and $20, typically) before you can 'start paying'. You have to give your credit card or Paypal information, but you are not charged until your free time is up. Alternately, you can input a game card (which is $20 and counts as purchasing the game AND includes a month's playtime) or time card (which costs between $15 and $45 and includes one to three months playtime). Both the game and time cards are used when you input them, but they add their time to the end of your freebie trial time.

Trial accounts have many restrictions, most implemented to limit RMT, including a level max of 14.

City of Data.
1. All targets hit by the mortar. Max 16 targets.
2. Mortar. It's a pet entity, thus procs in it affect the pet, not the player.
3. Each mortar is separate entity and functions by itself. Procs will affect both, separately. -
Hell no. Neither are the other two passives.
Besides, if you want to softcap defenses, you'll want the passives anyway.
