Free reactivation.. how?

I'm probably going to get trolled for this, but I haven't seen HOW to reactivate my account for the Double XP/Free Reactivation Weekend. Someone mentioned just logging into the game, but it's not allowing me to do so and I know my account is in good standing, just haven't played in about 3 years. Account management doesn't have anything that I can tell, only asks me for game cards and the like. I'd like to try it out this weekend before I decide to drop some coin on a subscription and the expansion.

So how the heck do I reactivate?

All 5 of my accounts work just fine. Two of them are still paid for, one of them expired less than 90 days ago, and the other 2 I have not used in at least 90 days, maybe even close to a year now.

All I did was log in.

Yeah, you should be able to just log in.
Go through the site's Knowledge Base and file a Costumer Support Ticket and they should get back to you quickly (The few times I've ever had to get help, I got it within a day or two).

Posting on the forums requires an active game account. If you can post on the forums, you can log into the game. Make sure you're not using your NCsoft user/pw combo when trying to log into the game (game user/pw is separate from NCsoft user/pw... and it SHOULD be different, though many people are using the same user/pw for both (bad idea)).

The OP can have two accounts, which explains why he could post on the forum.

One of my accounts is not activated, but all I had to do was log in normally and there it was yesterday

I have two friends who both can not log in. They try, and it asks if they want to reactivate their expired account. If you hit yes, a website comes up, but has an error and does not load. If you hit no, nothing happens.

I'm new at this. Why would someone have 5 accounts?

Just to add another data point, all three of my accounts were seemingly reactivated appropriately for the weekend event, and I logged into all three successfully on Friday. Today, however, I can log into only two of them: the third returns the typical inactive account error. None of the accounts have used a friend reactivation code, and the odd-man-out account has no peculiarity that I can think of.

I may file a support ticket.

Edit: Taking a closer look at the master account, I discovered the problem: the account in question, unbeknownst to me, was actually active prior to the weekend event. Oops! It expired on Friday -- after the event had started -- and thus is not credited to play for the remaining two days. It's too bad, since that account had the characters I wanted to get at!
