Claiming vet reward base items problem

Log out and back in to see if it resets? May just be bugged. If so, submit a /bug!

Yeah, been there, tried that. Gonna go with /petition, actually, see if the support knows anything about it.
Make sure to /bug it as well. Just mentioning it since your post makes it seem like you are dismissing /bug entirely. Bug reports go to the developers instead of the GMs.

Zoning works. I had to claim 9 times for a base I was working on. So I had to zone back and forth between Cap and my base. Considering it fills your inventory with tons of junk that you can't get rid of without placing, changing modes, and then reselling, it seems like it's a reasonably good idea just to avoid accidental multi-clicks.
But it would be an even better idea if you could just delete items from your personal inventory (with an okay prompt).

Does anyone know if there are new rules when it comes to claim base items via your vet rewards? Specifically, claiming them multiple times.
I'm trying to get multiple sets of Weapon Racks reward {for my Wall-O-Guns}, but I can only claim it once on each character. The button to claim it stays there, but after the first time, nothing happens.
Any ideas?
