60 Seconds downtime with IOs. So you can use it 1 minute after when it drops. Which is pretty fast.

Don't forget that the Hide power is NOT your most powerful power in your set, Placate is as it immediately offers you a chance to attack. Used correctly, and at the right time, Placate has given me a lot of notches on my Stalkers belt in terms of defeated Hero's.

Wont ever happen. See a /Devices blaster against a stalker. Or a couple of Clear mind and other Perception + Buffs. What a stalker can do? Nothing. Untill there is a big crowd in pvp and he sneaks on them. What is the AT has the most hate-factor in pvp and getting ganked if seen? Stalkers. People are afraid of the AS strike and like that Stalkers got low HP. (Which is fair imo) At RV for example playing a stalker is not as easy as it is at SC/WB. because of the fact that many ATs (Including Scrapper with double perception and their critical change) can see them (Apart if they have Invisibility, but this wont let you attack) Stalkers, are no doubt, annoying in pvp. But they are as overpowered as you think?

Forgot to say about Hide, Its def to all. A slotted Hide gives around 62% Defense to AoE, so slot it, its enough Defense to hide you for the time your assassin strike will need to get activated.

Dark Melee Rocks. End of. EA got best MEz of the game, across with TP/Repel Resistance. Dark melee got a nice debuff/fear power (Touch of fear for those who are familiar with it) and the rest of the chain, combined with the End drain and conserver power of EA works great. It has to be mentioned that Overload is Elude+dull pain together so its worth. Returning to Dark melee, its a set that needs some thinking before you do any move. You can always ignore it though and go with Energy melee which 2 shot most of the things in some seconds. If you have any questions about DM or generally stalkers, find me at @Zaldor (Global). I mostly play Aranos X, a toon of mine.

Edit : The only thing you wont like from Dark melee, i believe is shadow maul, high damage dot, but the time it takes is worse. Thats the only thing i'd like to see changed at Dark melee stalkers, since they need to be fast.

Stealth + Hide + Celerity Stealth/Unbound Stealth IO ->> Cap afaik.

Hey all. As the title says its about a patron for Sonic/Miasma PvP corr. I am between Scirocco or Black Scorpion. Scirocco has Power sink but i do not have big end problems yet (Lvl 37) But i dont know later on. Mu Mastery has a very nice shield, smash/lethal/energy afaik. Black Scorpion got a def+ shield, and of course the mace which is -fly -jump and slow.Should be really good in combination with tar patch. I dont want it pure pvp build so i can pve a bit too. thanks in advance.

I've only done PvP twice in zones since i9 arrived. Once in Siren's and once in RV. Both had a decent amount of players. Things will pick up once people get the IO's they need. Everyone is welcome to join in the PvP on test, on Monday nights. Everyone meets at Pocket D arena for random mixed team fights. Its good because you get to team with everyone and there is no bitterness like you find in some zones. I'd have to say the standard is pretty high though.
