Prob to go with Dark I'd say Black Scorpion. The AoE web attack will drop fliers and as you said adding tar patch in there then spaming your fears and sonic attacks will be a winner 
The power sink would be handy but as you have no other drain pwoers just careful slotting would be better to make sure you have no end issues.
Scirocco is good for Darks not just because of Power Sink, but also the shield, which stacks up rather a lot of energy res when used with Shadow Fall.
If you don't find you have massive end problems, I'd still strongly think about BS for the -jump and -fly, but the energy res is really nice against /Energy and /Elec Blasters.
Hey all. As the title says its about a patron for Sonic/Miasma PvP corr. I am between Scirocco or Black Scorpion. Scirocco has Power sink but i do not have big end problems yet (Lvl 37) But i dont know later on. Mu Mastery has a very nice shield, smash/lethal/energy afaik. Black Scorpion got a def+ shield, and of course the mace which is -fly -jump and slow.Should be really good in combination with tar patch. I dont want it pure pvp build so i can pve a bit too. thanks in advance.
