  2. ...I used to be able to. It used to be right underneath "Disable Paragon Rewards Button" in Menu-->Options-->General-->Prompts

Am I being dense or has the option to "Disable Paragon Market Button" been removed?
  3. While I have no intention of buying it, it should have been priced at 400.

My advice? Say it was a typo. Refund anyone who's bought it 100 points. Sell it for 400.

You only have to sell 20% more of the dog to make this price worth it. (Unless you're wanting people to wait two months, spend 500 on the dog, and then waste the 300 points remaining cause it's "loose change".)

That would make me so happy. If all the Phalanx died in a fire and Numina just casually phase shifts.

Yeah there was a contest pre-game asking for people to create a member of the Surviving 8. I can't remember the name of the player who designed Numina though.

Interestingly, Poison entered with a character of his called Scirocco that wasn't too dissimilar to the villain patron we eventually got a couple of years later!
  6. What are your global handles/recognizable names?
    @Xanatos

What toons do you have to offer for 8v8 PvP?
    Ill/Emp, Psy/Em

What do you consider your primary/optimal role in a team setting?
    Emp

Briefly describe your experience in PvP:
U2BG D6 & Honey Badgers. Everything before that was casual PVP on Virtue.

    Teams?
    Not Chicken Nuggets.
  7. Numina. She was created by a fan and killing her off would suck.

I'm indifferent about all the others. None of them really have any personality.

You want less people to play the game?

Elitist. (Ironically about something not very "elite".)
  9. Do the following.

    Pick your main.

    Enter the game.

Resize/move all your stuff around so you have it how you want it.

Go to the chat box and type in:

    /optionsave

    Press enter.

Go to the chat box and type in:

    /wdwsave

    Press enter.

Go to the chat box and type in:

    /Macro Fix "optionload$$wdwload"

A macro button named "Fix" will appear in your power tray. Any time you log in/zone/etc and your UI is all messed up...just click the button and everything will be back to how you like it.
  10. I find it disgraceful that the UI bug is being left live for 5 days. To the best of my knowledge it impacts nearly everyone playing. Something like this should be treated as high priority. I know i'm not speaking for myself when I say this - but it is making me not want to log in at all!

I know the dev team aren't self-sabouters. I know they have to work with the publishing schedule given to them by the higher ups. I know that the decision to implement a quick fix for this is largely out of their hands. But the fact that this was implemented to live, when there was a possibility of players being subject to this potentially game-breaking bug for five whole days - is absolutely disgraceful. Especially when you consider how early this bug was documented in beta, and the fact that there is already a build in place with the bug fixed.

That said, I'm sure the people working on this game are a great deal more frustrated with the bug than someone who just plays it for fun. So best of luck to them getting this fixed quickly.
  11. "For some players the User Interface is resetting after the game client is closed."

    ...and when changing zones.
    ...and when entering instanced missions.
    ...and when switching characters.
    ...and when logging in.

So you agree with everything the devs do?

So you agree with them not giving us all of the NPCs/Maps/etc in the game?

So you agree with the current rating system?

So you agree with the current AE search tool?

Stop claiming intelligence while acting dumb. It's one or the other.
  13. There's not going to be any maintenance today.

This bug won't be fixed before next Tuesday.

    The devs don't care.

So the person updating the Paragon Store interface is different from the person that updates the UI interface?

    Ok. Sure. Sounds believable.

The person responsible for putting together the items in the Paragon Market is not in the same group of people whose responsibility it is to fix bugs. That is to say, adding new (and perhaps "trivial") content to the market does not in any way diminish the effort to produce, test, and publish new content. (As in, actual content.)

There's therefore no reason to be upset that some other things within the game continue to go as scheduled while bugs show up in the game. For example, there's no use in yelling at your mailman if your power goes out - the mail service can keep functioning in your neighborhood even if your lights don't work.

    I hope this helps, thanks!
    This is all conjecture.

    False hope is bad.
  17. Has this thread ever worked?
  18. It takes weeks to send a build through the process but PS'll have a new fixed build ready to go live by tomorrow? That doesn't make any sense. Unless of course you were relying on player feedback to persuade the higher ups let you prioritize the UI fix?
