I am glad the league was set up, it allows people such as myself to watch and learn over time, as well as jump in on practice fights to get a feel for things with no risk of being the "weak link" to a team.

yea skip /elec for pvp. I fought one and he was in his tier 9 and i chopped him down to nothing with a couple of ET's

If properly slotted, both can be good. /regen is the best secondary in pvp for scrappers right now, at least on my server. You might get better feedback if you post this in the pvp section. But yea, both of those builds can do just fine.

The dom and the corr with both do you VERY good if you know how to play them (not that hard)
If you make a scrapper, I'd say right now regen is WAAAAYYY ahead of the other sets. In you're scrapper make sure and go Broadsword, Dark Melee, or Fire Melee. Those are the best of the best.
(Oh, and you will probably be dissappointed at how good brutes are in pvp)

I enjoy doing speed runs (21 min itf, 22 min RSF, 49 min stf, 14 min cap tf,24 min lady grey) But i also run regular tf runs, and i always let people know before hand what we're running. For example, a speed itf, i will only accept 50's and will steer away from mm's/khelds and focus more on people that can move quickly. Most people on my server will announce a tf, and then just take whatever toon people decide to bring. I prefer to ask people what they have then build the team based on that. Once I was invited to a "speed itf" which turned out to be my kin, and 7 tanks/scrappers. And it was on invince. An hour in, on the second mission, i "accidently" used my ouro portal and got the hell out of dodge.

i would say try to find a torrent of the game, possibly the gve or architect edition, that might download a little faster than the updater. otherwise you're s.o.l.

Yea i rolled a new kin on virtue for fun, got to level 40 in a few hours, but it was surreal watchiung teams of toons in the 20's being exemped to 50 trying to take out 54 bosses. Lots of spam for stone tanks and emps lol.

my first toon was EM/EA and yea Et was better but i adapted. that extra second that you're waiting for the power to activate can be used to quickly convert an insp or find your next target.

Until Paragon Studios writes their own code, the Cryptic logo stays there, presumably as part of the leasing agreement.

I might be able to put something together. I only did the two for Kheldians because someone suggested it, and there was already animation/VFX there for shape-changing. VEATs don't have any sort of shape-changing powers to pull directly from.
