i bought them a few years back at best buy, then i moved and lost it and now i found them again
but that sucks i cant use this other one now.
Strange. Take us throught the steps you do to try to UPGRADE your existing account with the CoV Collector's Edition.
Or, was it created with the CoV Collector's Edition? If so, you can't add another CoVCE code to that account.

yeah i know i can create another account, but im edgy of losing a month's play, leveling etc. but its all good i guess i can just create a new account and transfer my items

Not clear on what you mean by "transfer my items".
All your characters would be account specific. If you have two separate accounts, characters (and their stuff) can't be transferred from one account to another account.
Nevermind, you mean like Inf or Enhancement transfers from one toon to another without having to get outside help.
Yeah it's good for a month of muling and padding, really. But indeed, only one of the *same* boxed set code will work.
Or you could wait for someone's birthday, or whatever, it'd make a neat gift you could help someone play...

hey guys this has been driving me crazy.
i bought two CoV collector's dvd edition, both comes with a 1 month free play serial code.
my question is, how can i add my 2nd serial code to my current game playable account?
everytime i try to upgrade my account and enter the new code, it just prompts me to make a new account..or is this not possible?
if not then i wasted $70 for this other collector's package which i will seriously complain about
