I didnt said "give everything for 400 PP".
Im just T9 too but if Celestial is going out definitely from the T9 VIP, they should offer ways to get it.
I think they should put each part of the Celestial costume set for 400 PP. Being 3 parts it would be 1200 PP.
Celestial part 1, part 2 and part 3 exactly like the T9 VIP.
People can buy each pack individually but not costume pieces individually.
I think that is fair. -
-
Redraw its ok.
I think toogles, heals, should be auto-activation and no animation.
Its silly to see the tough animation in 2012.
Seriously, we should be able to turn toogles on in the run with no animation party stopper. -
Quote:All this.Tier 9 folks get it for months before anyone else and, considering we don't even know what the new method will actually be, we might just get it for free by staying subscribed, or not have to jump through a complicated hurdle just to get a chance at having them.
Plus T9 VIP also offers an extra 150 PP per month, and repeatable rewards.
I agree... Stop snobbery. This month I will be filling my last T8 and jump to T9.
But Im fine getting Celestial other ways for not so veteran players. -
For 50+ Incarnate level content: Co-Op Shadow shard
For graphical and missions update: I think Hero and Villain side need more 30-40 content. So probably Brickstown and St Martial. With new TFs, story arcs and completely revamped graphical upgrade.
Villain side: A new zone completely exclusive. Devs hate villain but they deserve some love too. -
I think they should sell the pack in 3 bundles, 1 per reward token.
So, 1200 PP would be the price for the whole set.
Pieces cant be bought separately, but bundles can, so they give options without giving too much.
I think that would be fair.
Also I rather have something completely new for Super packs. -
People spend a lot of time in Talos, IP, Steel...
I think we need more cities using new buildings, reflective windows, and new parks and gardens like new Atlas.
We definitely need to get rid of those old civilians so low on polygons and replace them with character creator made civilians (from Praetoria, not new)
Also, I think monorail should be updated. I like Praetorian subway much better. -
Ok so, 8th Anniversary week = Nothing new in the market.
Cool, lol. -

The devs confirmed that we can get T9VIP costume sets with alternate metods once they are out of the program.
So expect a way to get Celestial soon.
Maybe each Token would be equal 1 costume bundle, so the whole pack is going to cost 1200 PP.
I think that is ok. -
Thanks!
I wish they buff Electric blast a bit.
If they revamped Snippers and the endu crash for T9, Elec blast would be really cool because the ranged T9. -
Had one of those and I ended leaving the character dusting.
Seems like Ice or Dark are much better combos for /Storm...
I mostly play melee, and I like this character because its different from everything I usually play but not sure if I can put a decent build together.
Any recomendations for the endurance hog, or should go Cardiac? -
Agility can be good.
I had cardiac because they are endurance hogs but that was before Ageless and Agility... -
Pop two Adjusted targeting IOs with /recharge in mind link.
It will take that recharge and it will be easier to perma.
Its awesome defense for you, but also your team too. -
I would be happy enough with a glow/non glow option for body tattoos.
And for females glow and corset would be same colour, since we can only pick one for with skin pieces. -
We may need to wait and see.
Builds tend to be pretty tight, so getting a few powers in from a new power pool will give us advantages but something to loose too, in form of utility powers or even as set mules bonuses. -
Looking for advice:
Not sure if I should get spiritual, agility, cardiac, vigor...
Need advice about how to improve the build using Alpha, or even critique the build itself.
She got Ageless Partial Core T3.
Thanks in advance!

Dark powers FX are ugly as hell.
Wish they made alternate FX like Soul powers, they look purple, yellow... but thousand times better, at least to me. -
Synapse can be Electric melee, more appropiated for a speedsters and still have a couple of electric blast, dont forget they always get custom powers.
Valkyrie needs badly to have Staff fighting with her spear.
A new costume would not harm her that much neither. I hate her costume and her beign a giant. -
I23 is much light on content that I22 was.
There are no archetypes ajustments, no proliferation, no new powersets, barely any new thing for the store to test...
I guess I23 will be live for the 8th aniversary. -
Quote:This is what I think we should get for most shoulders that makes sense.
I would love to see each shoulder option given "Both", "Right Only" and "Left Only" options. This should, theoretically, take a fairly small amount of work (though the menus would need to be tweaked to avoid a HUGE bloat on the list). Adding truly asymmetrical pieces (like the Gladiator shoulder) is likely to be an infrequent occurence.
Resistance shoulders are the only ones with this feature, but I would love to have just 1 shoulder for most of pieces, would give us more versatility.
For example the barbarian rings and shoulder pads... -
But we could have a 1 shoulder option from now for future and even latest shoulder pieces.
Like Resistance single and double.
I dont get why we dont have that already.
