The KB resistance they get in their toggle/click mez protection now makes it so KB really has no effect. Others, like fire/dark can be kb like any other squishy.

Considering turning off DR breaks the system, I dont count it. It isnt viable until the PvP res thats given is able to be turned off. So yeah you can change three, but the last one doesn't really work out too well.

1. Yes, its useful, but its not going to be a panic button like hiber.
2. There is no protection anymore, and against kb, no it will not. Aim for 41 points of KB protection through IOs and Acro
3. Forcebolt can be slotted with Kinetic Crash and you'll have great knockback ability with some nice bonuses. Levitate can be slotted as your choice, Forcebolt should recharge fast enough to spam though.
4. Detention works for like a base 4 seconds for Trollers. I wouldnt grab it, but others might, cant comment.
5. Terrify I cant comment either.
6. Ice Or Primal, depends on play style. Ice for Hiber, Primal for PB, which I wouldnt know how useful would be for you unless you got Aid Self.
7. I like bubbles, but I play a defense toon. If nothing else, you can slot -kb IOs.
8. I think TK shuts off after like 4 seconds anyway. I hear its pretty nice to have though, so End Redux and Recharge maybe? Some others Minds/ would know better. -

Even with all the joke changes they did to pvp, you can turn off the diminishing returns in pvp and have matches that are pre-i13.
Personally i think they should dump travel suppression and the heal decay....the DRs are bad enough as is :/ -

I'd say you might enjoy a FM/Regen Scrap. Though it would take a whole lot of money to make it solo AVs, it will accomplish everything else you listed.

Slot Terrify for Dmg. Hit them with Mass Hypnosis, FS them, then let loose with Terrify. Its not bad as far as dmg goes.

I didn't buy my account from another person, i started with scratch. If i was fine with buying accounts i'd be fine with buying money online, and i'm not, with either.
I prefer to make the sword i use in battle, not buy one from a factory. There's no sense of accomplishment when you beat someone using money you bought online. A friend actually gave me some money once and i slipped them a purple recipe when they weren't looking, it needs to be equal in my opinion.
Also at this point i think i'm leaving the forums, i'm done preaching to people who are too ignorant to listen, although i have gotten more and more used to it.

You want as many procs in flares as you can get. Since you can afford the PvP IOs that shouldnt be a problem.

The bug that caused Integration to be suppressed when held is gone. You dont need anything special.

But which is better can be debated. HF is better then aidself because it's interrupted and heals more, but aid self is better in the way that it can be picked up by any AT. I rolled a Energy/PD Corr for closed beta for i13. It was pretty effective for kb and the attacks weren't too bad. All I had were SO's but it made for an interesting time.
