I think your curiosity is valid Singstar, but I simply await a description by the devs' to be honest. Briefly I think if for example Rikti comm officers is exploitative, then all farming is exploitative which is royally screwed and incredibly hypocritical, i.e pinning the fault on us when it theirs truly. Again, regards my opinion.

I really think they're vagueness is impeccable at times.

Villains will die if you remove farming period. That is with the exception of the odd good players. That's my worry, it was declining then a mothah of all surges from MA brought hundreds then smacked them back to heroes. Shame, since I prefer that side.

Tbh, you can get close to or if I'm right, at 45% in PvE without SM I'm sure.

Sorry I meant even at 45% Defence, using shadow meld or keeping it as a back up. Defence is awful PvP in my opinion, I've been battered ridiculously unless I'm dueling tbh.

With Avatea's post in mind, it's seems theres a somewhat debatable agreement about the whole thing: that it's too vague. It just sounds like a 'Show of Force' to be honest, which I think is perfectly acceptable however, the whole 'threatening' to do this and that is going to dent your subscribers period. If the game wasn't meant to be like the way it is, then it shouldn't have been allowed LIVE in the first place. Which is -1 point to the devs'.

They said it first hand they knew it'd happen, so why put it LIVE, hell the idea should have been alpha/betaed/ x 100000 times till Issue 100.

Oh, and people please stop telling others what they can and can not do with their money - personally some of you are taking the ol' mighty and justicial route because your not in "trouble" and get to go " I told you so".

I'm a subscriber, my say is as valid as yours but it doesn't justify my opinion to be better than yours. Vice-versa.

Quick look, and first point is that I've gathered noone really enjoys /ninj' foes. It's "usually" an instant no no. However you are making a challenge, so go for it!

He didn't really miss the point about that to be honest, since some of the best powerlevellers in the game could get you to 50 in times like MA did. Therefore, wheres the line? It is, in loose terms, abuse of the system but isn't normal farming abuse too then by those regards?

I couldn't care less if I got one of my toons banned, since I only used one solitary to be PL, I can stand and admit that. That was my business, but to be honest whats the difference between that toon moderately fast levelled, 20 hours by MA, and one or two others using normal maps around 20 hours? I fail to understand the difference in "exploit" here. There relatively the same, in some respect, that they take advantage of a foes weakness.

Oh and a side note, stop flinging the term " draconian " unless you really understand it please. I'm not bashing.

EDIT: I'm with DemonicJudgement, I'm unsubbing if they go overboard with the banbat. I'm not scared, I'll just refuse to subscribe to a game again, since this is my first and likely last.

They've really cooked up a sh**storm using their own frying pan, to be honest. Considering the competition that is coming out, and with the recent loss of EU subscribers ( no idea US side ) this game is inevitably going to plummet. My opinion anyway, my point stands that why are they going berserk over MA farming, when regular farming can PL roughly 2/3x MA farming could. I'm getting the impression here that 6 hours is not appropiate, so where were they back when normal farming allowed you to go to 1-50 in 20/30 hours in an efficient farming team. It would have certainly kept us all in check today.

It's silly, since some people enjoy farming and by that I mean working to get their moneys-worth for slotting, etc for PvP. I can foresee farming in general getting sucked in this ban-mad void. Which in turn will just skyrocket market prices, no debate. I was in praise of them, and in particular positron but this has totally made me rescind my comments. Oh and btw, if were on the topic of what is exploitative, pretty much all forms of farming "exploits" the weakness of a group to your own strength. It's called intelligent combat, or something anyway. So if they've to stand by their point, ALL farming must be removed. Hence bring the ban-crazy.

Even if you have the power, and the right to do so, if you start the fire don't friggin' add oil to it. Thats whats happened, and people here can say " oh bye pharmahs, we told you so" but rest assured, the irony will hit you month or two down the line, if they progress to ban excessively which no doubt they will.

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on the subject, I'm not really familiar with Vista, and to be honest, I was never keen on it but my system came with it so bleh... I've already rooted out majority of existing "problems" but this one is a pickle. Note I have tried researching but most solutions are far too complex.

At the moment, my sound level is too low. On any program or head set I turn up to max and it still sounds very quiet. Those who know me, know I'm partially deaf so sound has to be that bit louder. I've heard that Vista OS sometimes comes with it's volume set too low, BIOS or something.

Could anyone provide me with a logical solution?

Generally I find if you have space, grab hover. Otherwise, they won't implement a greater 'hover overtime' on T.P. It's been a big discussion but the dev's are adamant that it stays the way it is.

My concern was the quote I seen somewhere about Positron's motion towards farmers, note he said farmers not MA farmers, so I have no idea why he's all of a sudden creating a lynch mob at this time since farming has been around since Inventions, and powerlevelling since well it started... Plus, I'm not even 'delving' into his quote that much, he just said 'farmers' in general. So it could be an overhaul of experience gaining, or some sort of preventative coding...

One of the most astonishing little statistics that ever came out of Games Workshop years ago (heopfully it's changed these days...I doubt it), was how many battles could typically be played in the creation/recreation of Warhammer 40k armies. It was 'about 70'. That was it. About 70. Tens of thousands of players would step up to the challenge of abusing a paper based tabletop ruleset that had been tested in less than a hundred battles, and by its paper based nature would have no effective method of 'patching'. It became absolutely clear just why the rules had more holes than a guy in a pinstripe suit on Valentines Day.

In terms of the scale of surprise for the community, it would be like discovering that D-Day actually had no planning, they just put as many guys as they could find on boats and 'winged it'.

I have gained a ridiculous amount of infamy on my villains just because MA-->Tickets-->Black Market-->Supply-->Infamy so unbelievably easily...

Not that I am complaining, however the market has became somewhat like a quicksand pit in areas. There's relatively zero purples going around - that is in comparison to before.

EDIT: And please for the love of.. someone sell me 'Membrane Exposures'..
