After taking this power all I can say is WOW, what I was wondering was about slotting?

Any Frankenslotting tips to improve the recharge, or the defence buff.

I have to admit I get the concept of Frankenslotting though untill only yesterday, I had no idea what it was.

Thanks never really thought about HO's def goes down but rech is slightly better.

Any other thoughts about the build? Powers I don't need, powers I do? any comments would be welcome.

Any chance of finding these red side?
I recently looked for them on Heroside, and WW had 50 bidders, 0 Forsale and last sale price was 60 Million...

So likely hood of me getting the 6 that I needed was, well, slim.. Coould always go for 4 seperate Def/Rech IO's. Would probably be easier to get, and whack a 5th slot in there if you have the space for another LotG+rech, if one of your Def/Rech is also LotG you get a nice 10%regen bonus for nothing

Sorry I meant even at 45% Defence, using shadow meld or keeping it as a back up. Defence is awful PvP in my opinion, I've been battered ridiculously unless I'm dueling tbh.

Problem is that most people have accuracy and tohit running out of their ears.

Tbh, you can get close to or if I'm right, at 45% in PvE without SM I'm sure.

Btw I have a S:HO Membrane red-side if anyone wants it, got no use anymore.
