Minor Change to Teleport...
/unsigned that would only make TP worse. It's finicky enough as it is (although I have 2 TPers and plan a 3rd) Better solution would be to hive just the normal Hover for 2 seconds, even pre-buff one would do.
With TP as it is, - raptor helps there a bit, and it is buyable in SS, and one you've got in Kings might last long enough to get to lvl 40... Raptor, and (I think) any Flight-like power supersedes auto-hover and you can move freely as soon as you TPed, so that jetpack-giving Day Job might be worth looking at too.

[/ QUOTE ]Eh? How?
Generally I find if you have space, grab hover. Otherwise, they won't implement a greater 'hover overtime' on T.P. It's been a big discussion but the dev's are adamant that it stays the way it is.

It will be a problem if you are up in the air, - you press the wrong key and... Also I thought initially that the OP meant _any_ movement keys including "A" and "D"...
So try to avoid pressing the wrong key, then.
Blonde moments happen, but over time, you learn to avoid them more. You can't expect to have a safety net in the way all the time because a few people had a little accident.

that'd be the /bind shift+lclick powexecname teleport one then?
Yes, yes it would
Having rolled a warshade I've been reminded just why I've taken Teleport only once in 5 years, and respec'd it out asap.
The whole hovering immobile for a few seconds is a boon at a 100ft above the asphalt, but it's a royal pain closer to the floor. It would be much better if the hovering effect was only active until you pressed a movement key, at which point it cancelled. I know it's only a couple of seconds to line up your next teleport but it does rather break the flow of racing to a mission to have to wait 20ft above the door until you can move again.
