    The AOs are not part of i21. They are at best i22/i23. I believe this was confirmed in one of the dev chat/Ustreams.

  6. I just want to clarify that LR isn't the only AoE debuff. RI and EF are as well. In the level 50 game a number of powers and sets get downplayed. They lean towards support sets and really towards MMs. All the more so on speed teams, but then that's kind of the point. You do what is minimally needed and then move on. Rad is one of the bigger losers in the end game stuff, but I have no real issue with Ill outside of it being virtually ignored in the prisoner escapee phase in BAF. I have yet had anybody complain about Phant. If PA aggros an extra mob, then it has a strong enough taunt aura to lock things onto it and I have controls to handle "oh crap moments" via Flash and EM Pulse.
  7. /poison is getting buffed in i21. The changes make some ST powers into AoE powers, but the radius is 8' so I would wait to see if those numbers stick since 8' is rather small.

    Current numbers put it at 15 seconds for recharge and 11.96 end. The damage seems to be boosted and the heal remains the same. I don't think it might make people rework builds, but for the builds that lacked a heal and this was taken in part due to the heal, then this is a rather nice buff.

    Regeneration - Resilience: This power now grants Scale 1.25 resistance to all damage types.
  11. Considering it does -res, I wonder if more than one power does -def because that means you could slot the -res proc into an attack as well.
  12. Create four tabs for a user to look at a listing of arcs, General, Dev's Choice, HoF, and Challenge. General is just a generic listing of arcs. Dev's Choice and HoF should be straight forward. Challenge is based on the number of times an arc is listed as being challenging and the average diff setting it is run on. This way farms for the most part get sorted to the Challenge tab and all the others should be left to non-farm content.

  19. I just had my moment of enlightenment when I was watching the video and realize I picked St. Mart. as a zone to go to since it had a place to craft stuff. And it's not like I haven't seen this arc posted numerous times elsewhere. I even logically walked through how I thought it wouldn't be that useful. (smacks forehead)

    Just tested it. +3x8. Nothing but level 35 common IOs. I'm missing 7 slots in patrol powers. 5ish minutes. I doubt adding bosses is going to add that much more time. And again, I'm using commons and my patrol powers are partly slotted. This is also clearing the ambush area versus doing a pure ticket run that would cut it down significantly. To call them amateurs is an insult to amateurs. For those who care, I get about 5 mil per map at that setting. The arc has 5 missions. Let's say 30 minutes for 25 mil plus 7.5k in tickets and that's crappy numbers against an actual farm build.

    Things I can't do as a level 20. Use the Oro portal, slot purples, Moonfire, Hess, Citadel, Katie, Manticore, Numi, Eden, Abandoned Sewer Trial STF, LGTF, ITF, Khan, 4 Shard TFs, 3 Incarnate trials, Apex, Tin Mage, Silos TF and that's just hero side.
