Besides losing powers, going up against a foe for whom one's powers don't work is an equivalent situation and just about all supers face that on a regular basis.

Not quite what I was getting at. Suppose the following conversation:
Dalek 1: "IT IS THE DOCTOR! EXTERMINATE!!"
Dalek 2: "NEGATE! The Doctor's death is a fixed point in time! Extermination here would destroy time itself!"
Dalek 1: "IT IS THE DOCTOR! EVACUATE!!"
The *Doctor* knows that he can be killed by Daleks without destroying the universe. But *they* don't know that. They all think he died in 2011, and nothing in the universe can change that. Hence, they'll know to not even try. -

People have been complaining about the color options not sticking lately (the opacity setting has been bugged as not sticking for a very long time).
Settings not sticking can sometimes be solved by saving your settings to the default file (/optionsave, /wdwsave, /chatsave) and, without zoning, exit the game the long way: countdown to login screen and exit buttons. This sometimes forces the server to remember the settings.
Otherwise, this workaround for the non-saveable opacity setting will work. -

You can buy the Attenuated set of Doctored Wounds for 480 Paragon Points. They will level up with you from levels 30-50.

That's why his reaction is more sheepish than horrified and why he hangs a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Why else do you hang a DND sign except for sleeping, which probably isn't his greatest fear. -

No one knows. In fact, neither do the Devs because they're changing their plans since the front-load of Tokens for advance subscriptions was not able to happen. So, they're changing their plans to cycle through things faster... whatever that means since we never new their original rate (though, I guess once every 3 months).

I was traveling across PI on the rocket board when I hit one of the zone borders. I then encountered a load screen for Talos. After loading I found myself behind the War Walls. I used the /stuck and was placed inside the zone. I tried it on the north and western zone borders of PI same affect. Anyone else encountered this bug?

Sounds like a memory or graphic driver issue. (I'm accessing Insp Storage in my base just fine.)
Check out this thread, Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines
Then post the results of these two programs in a new thread in the Tech Issues Forum:
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.
In the meantime, go the NCLauncher and right click on the game and chose Repair to see if that fixes it. And make your sure graphics drivers are up to date. -

Now they speed up?
Besides speeding up the pace of the rewards (which encourages Freemies to spend money on Points), the top tier gets access to consumable rewards which keeps them rewarded, but not impossible to catch up with in regard to non-consumable rewards. -
The contact who is 'removed' from the game world is still there. They're just invisible and intangible. If you move quickly enough to them from outside draw distance (Superspeed at them, or drop from the zone ceiling) they will be drawn for a moment and you can see them, but they'll then quickly disappear from view.

Considering a dense player population can spawn like 20 EBs at the same time... I doubt this is WAI.

While that's nice... I can also see Paragon's side that if Test had everything available to it free with no locks... then people could just play on the Test Sever for free and play with everything. -

You're not paying for access to the Test Server, just the Live ones. -
Whenever I've tried to get on Test, I couldn't. Except of course, right now. I got on, but there was no connection to account info. No Tokens at all, not even the first freebie. And the Store was disconnected.
