    Alt+<Key>, LAlt+<Key>, Ralt+<Key> = all act on either alt key.

    <Key> can be any keystroke, mouse button, or joystick/gamepad button.

  6. Thanks for the tip about imgur (I haven't heard about it before). I got a way to "delete" the buttons without actually deleting them, but yeah, I was going to move them after a day or so.

  7. While I appreciate the fact that people like my buttons, can I ask that if you wish to use a button image in your sig or as your avatar that you save it and upload it to your own hosting site?

    In the last week, my photobucket bandwidth has jumped to 25% of my monthly bandwidth. As I can't afford to purchase a pro account, I'm hoping that people understand this request before they are replaced with a "bandwidth exceeded" image.

    I wouldn't have a problem if someone wanted to mirror the buttons either.

    Actually that isn't entirely correct. It will only tell you if the drive is (mostly) working, or has outright failed, not how close to failure it is.

    There is no point in alerting the leader that there are more people in queue, as the league leader can't invite those other people to their league.

    I've done this the last week. The amount of people that got added in the 5 minutes window over the 15 trials I led this last week was, get this, ONE PERSON. They were added in at the 2 minute mark after 30 minutes of trying to get a league together.

    I'm not speculating how effective this is, I know how effective it is with experience.

    The problem is that while it tries to guarantee more than the minimum, it totally ignores groups that are well over the minimum, but not at the maximum for the trial. Say the league has 16/24, 12/16, or more. Should they be annoyed by the delay? And may I remind you that there is absolutely no way to see how much longer the wait is? At the very minimum there should be a count down. Even with the change to 90 seconds, there should be a counter saying that there is XX amount of time before the trial starts. There is also no way to see how many people, if any, are in the queue. I like the trials, I think the TUT is a good idea... on paper. In practice there is so much that is wrong with it.

    Problems:
    • The average wait time is a complete joke. It isn't even close to being accurate.
    • There is no way to invite from the TUT queue to a league queueing up.
    • There is no indication of how many players are in the queue.
    • There is no indication of how long players have to wait for more to possibly join.
    • The teams are scrambled upon entering the trial.
    • There is still uncertainty as to if a random mix has everything needed for a trial among some players.
    • There is still uncertainty that the league can/will not team you with someone you don't like enough to global ignore them.
    These are some of the reasons why the TUT is still not very well received.

    Yeah, I really wish for the rumor to die. Unfortunately, seeing that Paragon Studios failed to provide the basic documentation needed for the mystery meat navigation (and was criticised in Issue 20 pre-beta for), they STILL failed to tell players what the buttons really do.

    Actually the cut-off is 19 players. Any player beyond that has a chance to get kicked, and it is more likely to happen if the league is locked.

    You can do "paper missions" in Paragon City as a Rogue. You can do "radio missions" in the Rogue Isles as a Vigilante.

    5 minutes is far too long. However, if a league is in the queue, and players enter the queue for the same trial, they should be incorporated into the league. This would give the league a chance to organize.

    Additionally, teams should remain SET when they enter the trial. As it stands, thanks to the woefully inadequate documentation, people still think the team lock will preserve team composition.

    The developers AND the community team have completely failed and abandoned their responsibility to explain how the league functions work. The lack of documentation of new features has happened far too often, and in the case of the league buttons, was commented on many times in the Issue 20 pre-beta. That we are into Issue 20.5 without the documentation is a joke. Then again the same thing, to a lesser degree, has happened with the search window (there should be a legend explaining what the different colors mean in game, preferably in the search window itself).
