So been trying to buy a number of booster packs, but keep getting the thread title message. Remember having the same problem on alt account too.

I seem to remember you can only make 3 purchases per day. There is also a setting in your billing limiting how much you can buy in a month.

It quite often limits you to 1 purchase per day if you're using a credit card. I recommend using PayPal for future NCSoft purchases, as it does not seem to limit your purchases per day.
