Rogues and Mayhem Missions

If a villain changes alignment to Rogue, can they still get Mayhem missions?

Quite possibly a dumb question, but I don't see it addressed specifically in the wiki. The wiki does say a Rogue can do Safeguard missions and a Vigilante can do Mayhems, so it's probably safe to assume that both middle ground alignments can access both Mayhem and Safeguard missions, but can someone confirm?

Thanks!

Yes you are still able to do all the villain content just restricted hero side.

I believe you can also run safeguards although you can't use the contacts you get from them until you go fully hero if that's your plan.

Nope, I'm just after the badges.

And thanks again, all.

I don't believe that's the case. Doesn't the police radio only open up if you go full Hero? Until then, it remains an inactive contact, like any other Hero-side contact you may have previously acquired.

You can do "paper missions" in Paragon City as a Rogue. You can do "radio missions" in the Rogue Isles as a Vigilante.

So it's still the paper in Paragon City, but the mission is based there? Huh, didn't know that.

That's wrong. I recently had a character start as a villain and move to hero. While I was a Rogue I was able to do Radio Missions in Paragon City. This was a new character who had never been a Hero, I was simply given a radio upon becoming a Rogue.

The missions are based in the blue/red zones, but generally speaking yes.

That is why I put "paper missions" and "radio missions" in quotes. They are repeatable missions to get to the safeguard/mayhem missions. After all these years I seldom make the distinction between paper/radio because functionally there is no difference between the two.

My rogue got the PI detective as soon as I came out of the RWZ into the vanguard building. I talked to him and got a radio, took a mission and ran it. That's as far as I went with it but I'm fairly certain I could have run a safeguard. That's how you line up your first contact for when you become a hero.
