At this point its closed beta, so unless you've been invited to it, you can't get to it. If you are, instructions should be in that email or at least point you to them.
Instructions are still available on the nearly-deprecated I20.5 thread concerning the same issue. But then, as folks have already said--either you knew that already, or you don't have access anyways.

Of course, there are some times I've had access before gettign the email.
Click the "City of Heroes Forums" (before "English") and see if you see the I21 beta info - you should still (I think) see 20.5 regardless, as that was open.
Bill is, as usual, correct. You could always set up the beta server and see if you can get in, even if you haven't received the e-mail. The e-mail, forum access, and server access are all separate things. But I doubt it'll happen for you. Good luck!

I think a more pertinent question is 'Has Closed Beta even started yet?'
For all we know this could all still be in internal testing and development and they're just telling us what they have planned.

The first i usually know about getting into a closed beta is when i see the forums appear in the main list. Not that i get into every closed beta, but the ones that i have gotten into i usually didn't know until i saw the forum section appear.

Another question... how is it that someone who has been part of CoH since early CoH beta and has been subscribed for most of the past SEVEN years and has been in every other beta.... not part of this one?

Thats it, I was in the 1st wave of the 1st 4 betas and since then have been in the last couple of waves and not in one. Others report similar situations. Basically they try not to have the same people in the full beta time after time after time.

Though if it really is only 4 - 6 weeks away from launch that would be nice. I cried when I pulled up the board and couldn't see the beta forums.
Then I logged in and was sad that they still weren't there.

Heya all!
So I have been searching and searching for information on how to do this but How can I get onto the Beta Server? I have found little to no information on it and I would Love to try it! Any suggestions? I would just love to see what the Freedom edition in like and would love to help out if it requires help that is. Any help would be much obliged!
