I don't know quite how I'd do it, but I'd like to see Ghost Widow as leader of Arachnos.
-
Plus, not everyone is at level 50 enhancements.
-
Classic chainsaw fights require the use of pig heads.
-
Sneaking around in Grandville does sound like good practice.
-
A Trick Arrow Superteam's alpha strike is pretty inspiring.
I really do like my Huntsman, though; he doesn't even need Hasten to feel awesome. -
-
Perhaps the most general benefit I like best about Inherent Fitness is that it allows me to take a few one-slot "skippable" powers without feeling guilty about it. heh.
-
I'm having a bunch of fun with Spring Attack on my DP/NRG blapper. Build Up then alpha strike.
-
Ah, well. It would have been plenty dramatic for my Dual Pistols/Energy Manipulation guy to start blazing away with the guns, have the fight start to go pear-shaped, then go berserk and turn into a blapper werewolf. heh.
Council lieutenants can do it; it could even be an option linked to the Return to Battle perk power. That would be cool too. -
Quote:As discussed in useful detail in this thread.Following up on the "Bane Spiders" idea, going a Huntsman path on an Arachnos Soldier, using the initial primary powers but the Bane Spider secondary powers would be very effective.

- I'd like to have an automatic costume change with emote available when I go to a trainer to switch to an alternate build.
- I'd like to have some way to switch to an alternate build without having to go to a trainer (still having a cooldown period is fine, though).

I've tried the crafted Temporary Power: Smoke Flash, and the results seemed a bit haphazard to me; if I need to click a glowie in a hostile environment, I've had better luck under Cloaking Device by turning on Hover and Afterburner and doing it temporarily defense soft-capped and hoping there aren't any lucky interrupting hits.

Portal Corp is frequently a chaotic mess, replete with mutually hostile random universe tourists wandering around unescorted, most of them with fairly extreme firepower available. They need much, much better security there.
-
It's been a while since I last tried a Blapper; this one just uses SO's to illustrate power and slot choices; I'll do an IO version later.

Thanks, those are interesting suggestions.
As a concept test, I'm trying out a level 6 Wolf Spider (will respec out of Stealth when Bane Cloaking Device becomes available).

I've been spotted by Rikti drones and Rularuu eye-chomper monsters as well. I wonder if all of those resist Placate too?
I suppose sometimes you just have to shrug and start negotiating from a position of superior firepower. -
I have a Bane Cloaking Device and now a Leap +Stealth IO; we'll see how that works.
-
Is it possible to have enough Stealth to sneak undetected past a Bane Spider Scout?
