Well damn...I have no idea what they'll do with him story-wise...in the comics he was already just about dead by this point.

Michonne...you don't think it would be important to mention that Merle seemed to know Glenn? Or maybe put two and two together that this was Andrea's group?
Oh Michonne knows exactly who these guys are. She was with Andrea for how many months listening to Andrea talk about her old group. However she's keeping those cards close to her chest as she evaluates the group that left Andrea behind.
Also I'm sure Michonne is gunning for Merle so better not mention it to Daryl until it's too late to get his input.

Maggie, on the other hand, still has her dad and sister at the prison. She has MORE to lose by breaking. As soon as they were separated and locked up, she should've been prepping herself for the what was most likely coming, which it did seem like she had been doing to an extent. She's a strong woman and it seemed, IMO, out of character for her to break like that.
Glenn should've broken long before her.
While I know it's sacrilege I find Michonne almost on the verge of being unlikable. Yeah yeah I get she's bad and she's calculated and all that. I appreciate that and I understand she's a very beloved character, but personally I feel like the show's potrayal is veering close to "I don't care if she gets killed". It won't take much for me to just decide I don't like her. While Andrea is way over on the other end of the spectrum, I just feel they are making Michonne way too far in the other direction and it doesn't work for me. I get the character on paper, but something about the live action potrayal almost doesn't work for me. Sue me. Well almost sue me.

The previews of next week shows she has a very soft side. Sadly you might just lose that next week as well.

Yeah, I saw it. That's not really what I'm getting at. It just feels like they are dealing with the character in a ham fisted way. Where I think they successfully show people as three dimensional beings I feel Michonne is very one note and because of that I find all of the ways they show her as a loner comes off almost obnoxious. It's obviously a personal thing and like I said I get all the reasons she should be seen as awesomesauce. I don't think it's the actress' fault, just the way the show wants to present her.

I think the set up for finding Carol was just a ploy to see her get torn apart next week.
