NCSOFT refund paragon points back to July

If they had an ounce of decency they would refund everyone for points who has put a lot of time & effort & cash into this very successful profitable game. but guess shedding out puts holes in big wig bonuses

NCSOFT3 months before the announcement would be a fair amount of refund not just to pluck 24th august as cut off, a lot of people have been playing this game a long time & invested $$$$ over different accounts. so it would go some way @ least

Did they say this to you ? I bought 50 dollars worth of points in the first week of August and have seen no sign of refund. They did refund the remaining time on mine and my wife's subscriptions.

No I have actually received the refunds from the original transactions from july on paragon points, had to provide paypal transaction id's date & amounts.
half decent of them but still think they should refund back till may undere the circumstances as a Thank you to loyal players who have spent $$$$'s over the years
Prove it. Post a screenshot of the refund being credited to a bank or CC account by NCSoft.

Actually, this is the 2nd time that i have been accused of working for NCsoft... If only, I would be getting paid far far more than what I am currently earning. (here is a hint: I am actually paid less than the minimum wage here in the UK).
Side note: My household is still waiting for a refund on a 6month sub that was paid on 14th August.

Having met Gangrel recently IRL, I can assure you he doesn't work for NCSoft.
If they cared, they'd refund all points left over (I have about 6K) regardless of when they were purchased, but they clearly don't.

I have been refunded from the 1st of July for monies spent on paragon points, as I had spent a lot on points recently even going back to earlier in the year.
my argument was that I felt that we was being mislead into i24 being released & therefore purchasing points for future use & buying additional storage & the likes for use with the game that was still very much alive.
I don't think this is something they are doing automatically refunding on points, I may have had a case due to the sheer amount of points purchased. whether my case is a one off but my point was the development of I24 & the fact that items purchased storage increases e.t.c for future investment

I will also confirm that Gangrel is not a NCSoft mole. The idea that anyone would think he was made me laugh.

Things NCsoft employees generally aren't known for doing:
1) Going to official player meets, getting tanked up, and requiring copious amounts of coffee to be able to function in their role as unpaid Sidekick to NCsoft employees.
2) Scab cigarettes off me.
3) Organising and attending unofficial EU player meets.
4) Send me personal tweets and PMs.
5) Chat on the Union Roleplayers channel in-game.
Things that Gangrel is known to do:
All of the above.
