No, he's right. ME3 is a good game.
I disagree with him in that the original ending is weak but that's because to me it lacked sufficient resolution or a sense of what was going on. My understanding is that the extended cut takes care of that. |

As I said, the ending is weak, but the extended cut provides more information and more resolution, which is an improvement. I don't have a problem with how things end for Shepard, though, and you apparently do.
I'm not trying to convince you to like the game, I just know I had a lot of fun playing it right up to the end.

I'll say this...the Collectors that were added to the MP? Stupidly, ridiculously overpowered. Haven't had a successful mission yet against them on Silver. I can't even imagine what they'd be like on Platinum.

I'm on my 3rd play through and I think I might go with the blue ending this time, with the extended cut it gives the blue ending a sort of "ascend to godhood" kind of vibe - not happy with that mind you, I'd just like an ending with Shep grabbing a parachute and making one helluva HALO jump right into London.
Also gotta try the do nothing ending as well.
