i just added a code as well, i have vip status on the forums but not in game. i am going to give it a few minutes and try again before i get mad.

It worked afterward. It just took a while before the login server got the memo, I guess.

fyi i upgraded this account to gr with a code purchased online when it came out and just used a 2nd gr code from a game bought on amazon for 7 bucks. i dont know if the difference between code bought online vs. the physical game allowed me to use both.

Where do you get these? I need to get back on VIP status myself ASAP!
Buy a copy of a game version that you don't already own and use the serial code. It'll upgrade you back to VIP status. (it must be a version of the game you've never entered a code for. 2 different codes from the same game version will NOT work)

Going Rogue
I got Rogue from Amazon for $7.
Alternatively you can also use an NC gamecard, if you can find one.

If anyone has the AE code laying around I'd love to have it. >_>
Is the complete edition the whole game rather than just an expansion? That is the one I added and I already had gr. My account is now VIP in the game but my characters are still locked as if it is a free account. It looks like customer service is only open a half day a week now so I sent a /petition, don't know if that will do any good. I am glad my main is an incarnate again.

Hmm, and yeah, I guess the CD had the full game on it (up to that point) as well.
As for you ending up partially VIP. That's weird. I've heard that strange things happen sometimes, but usually resolve over a bit of time. NO idea if that's what's going on with your account or if it is related to the mess we're in now.

I had that happen with just one server (Pinnacle) in the past. However, I was at 0/16 on server slots used, so I was just able to click and unlock them all one at a time. It was a pain, and a waste of about 15 minutes as I waited for the unlocks to confirm, but that was all. Hopefully it's the same for you.

Yeah, I tried a 30 day game card too with no luck. It told me I'd entered a valid code, but didn't have any game accounts eligible.
