Without getting too deep into the verbal gymnastics going on here, I'd like to point out that Zwill's statement neither confirms nor denies that the Primalist AT has been scrapped. He merely says that they're not working on any new ATs. That doesn't mean it might not happen at some point. Only that they're not actually putting it together at this time. Just sayin'...

You're right, it's not at all plausible that they would finish active work on something like an AT or a powerset, let it sit there untouched and unannounced for months until closer to the scheduled release date, then put it into beta for tweaks a set amount of time before said date.
Things like that have never happened in this game.

You know instead of arguing why not just wait and see? If it's coming, it's coming in a major update. Evidence was found, devs have denied it, we got a statement that at least seemed along the lines of debunking the evidence found. Everyone is allowed to choose to believe it or not. What's going to be the true test of truth, truthiness, and logical acrobatics is when the major updates come. We're supposed to get the I24 preview page soon so that at least can put the argument to rest until I24.5 or I25 come along.
