Why..?
You hate this game so much that you want to skip everything the game actually is. Test the powers on level 50. And then go away and never play again?

Okay, forget that. All I want to know is what this silly cow pen instance will be named, and what ridiculous abbreviations will we use while forming up teams? Old MacDonald's Mad Cow Massacre? Where's the Beef? Abattoir of DOOM!!!?

You DO realize that as a Premium player you do not have access to anything at level 50 that makes skipping the entire game worthwhile......right?
Levels 1-49 is where 99.9% of the story progression is at.
And speaking for myself, if you PL yourself to 50 without ever having used a power beyond what you can have at level 8, I do not want you on my team.
Not elitism at all, I just expect my teammates to actually have some idea what their powers do before they fire them into a crowd of +3 enemies.

+2/x8 is the normal difficulty setting in missions for my tougher characters. If you aren't level 50 yourself you will be SKed to 49 and they will be +3 to you.
DFB is bad enough in cranking out players that have no clue how to use powers obtained past level 10. We do NOT need MORE ways for clueless players to reach level 50 without stumbling on how to play the game along the way.
I could tell you some amusing stories about players I've met that leveled in DFB, but I don't have several hours to type them all out.

I hope one day I can be as good as you. May I ask what server you play on? I wanna play and learn from you. DFB was made by the devs for that reason, wasn't it?
To replace powerleveling from AE? I know I've seen level 40+ forming them day after day.
I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.
How dare you ask for a secret cow level! You're ruining the game!
If anyone asks for a Pony Level I'm gonna go ballistic!
I think we need special places we can go where we exemplar/malefactor to level 3 and fight level 2 cows that respawn quickly. In a cow pen of course.
