For the life of me, I cannot find the bubble helmet. I looked under Helmets, Standard, and just about everything else. Is there a guide somewhere that tells us where all this stuff is?

As a straight dude, I can think of some uses for male versions of the Carnival of Light masks. Oh, and the associated headgear--it's all pointy and glowy and neat and stuff, and not particularly feminine.

No particular interest in the thigh-high boots or the bodices. Though the sash is a given; YES, dudes want that (pretty sure I'd use it on my ninja character).

Thigh high boots?

Yes please. Not to troll, not because I 'swing that way' but because my character just might.

I'd love less 'gender neutrality' and more 'free for all'

I must be blind, because I cannot find it. What's it called?

I really, really, really (really) love the Sci-Fi bundle. Some of the pieces are going to come in handy even for characters outside that specific theme. I dig it. I've been away but I came back for it.

But...

I really wanted one of those sci-fi pistols for beam rifle. It honestly never even occurred to me that they would make a "ray gun" for dual pistols and/or thug MMs. It struck me as so mind-boggling, I tried a blaster so equipped on beta. Thematically jarring to say the least. Maybe it gets a little better after swap ammo...but still...the "bang bang" just destroys my immersion.

I know to use a pistol for beam rifle would mean different animations but can't we do that? Is there a way to cue a different set of animations if you swap out a rifle for a pistol? If there isn't a way, can we find one? And fast!

I also think that a mechanism like this would open the game up to so many diverse characters. We could have shoulder-mounted ARs, dual pistols that flip up out of the packs of your hands, and maybe even weapons that also act as permanant costume pieces. Like the vanguard shield taken to the next level. And, of course, that old chestnut: Powers that are through some kind of focus: A gun, a staff, a ring, etc.

But the sci-fi pack as is? Great execution! Thanks!

So, stripping out the sarcasm, I'm the only person who thinks it's absurd that they gave the females every piece of that same outfit except one bit? If it was a mix and match kind of thing, I'd be agreeing with your logic, however, I do have to wonder what kind of design decision comes up with "give them every part of a unified outfit except one piece."

That said, of course, the set itself is unreasonably awesome, and I'm fully happy with what they've done aside from this one little niggle.

Do not go gentle into that good night.

I don't think I know a single homosexual male friend of mine who wants the Carnie Thigh-High Boots. I think what quite a few people would do is go for the transvestite route, and lead to even more displays of blatant 'trolling'. I am all for equality, however, but some things need to be considered from other point of views.

Again, how many men would wear the Carnie Thigh-High Boots, the Steampunk Bodices, and such blatantly oversexualized items for legitimate use, and not just to 'troll'?
By "homosexually-open Males", do you mean gay guys? I hate to think of you getting carpal tunnel typing out all those unnecessary letters, so I encourage you to use the shorter and much, much, much more common description.

And how are giving males dramatic costume pieces "a stance for the neutrality and acceptance of" gay guys? Aren't they just dramatic costume pieces? Isn't it possible for a non-gay hero to have a dramatic look and for a gay hero to not have one? And gay guys are aleady "accepted" by virtue of being human beings who exist, so that's not an issue.

And when you type "I am all for equality, however, but some things need to be considered from other point of views", do you really mean to say that equality for some ends when other people who are more equal don't like it? And do you really think that "transvestites" (I think you mean drag queens, since an actual transvestite would just look like a female hero, since that's the point) are a bad thing? For that matter, are drag queens?

I'm at a loss as to how a flat-heeled version of the Carnival of Light boots are significantly different from costume pieces Dave Cockrum has been putting on male heroes since the 1970s, for instance. They're simply not outrageous examples of drag queen-only footwear. They're just boots.

I think it's a shame to think that unfettered personal expression is "trolling", or should be stopped because it might lead to "trolling", or that footwear and sash parity are the same thing as wanting every hero to have access to every costume piece (an impossibility, anyway, considering how much time that would take to make).

tl;dr: It's "gay guys". Gay guys are fine, thanks. Drag queens are great. Equality doesn't come with qualifiers. Boots and belts are worn by everyone.

Also: I love the new Retro Sci-Fi pack! Thank you for even more backpack flying options! Even with the wonderful mecha pieces and these new jetpacks, by the way, we still don't have enough of those! Thanks!

Completely agree w/ Sworn. I'd also like to see all options available to both genders.

And while i'm at it I want ALL of Vanessa DeVore's outfit.
