I don't think it'll happen but I really would love to have that ability. Or at least change it to a single neutral color.
That could only work if your character had the option set to match colors across your costume pieces set. Personally... I never manage to leave the costume creator with that still set! Even the simpler costumes from a coloring PoV will generally have at least one piece with the colors reversed.

If it was customizable I would buy it....otherwise ..meh.
The only "travel" power worth purchasing imo is the team transport. I am not a fan of the one's that detoggle everything etc....
I MIGHT be inclined to purchase one if they had a bird/bat transformation power.

YES! Power pool customization, but Rocket Board isnt a Temp, its permanent.

How about the next update the Dev's make it so the Rocket Board colors match the colors of the toon your playing. So what ever color choice you make for you toon the Rocket board automatically is that color. Kind of odd having a pinkish color RB with a toon that is olive drab and green.
