I would think that yes, it would disqualify you. You should probably PM one of the devs or contact customer support to see if they can make an exception or work something out if that is indeed the case.

Their billing days are calculated by GMT standards, so as long as you paid inside those 24hrs you are fine.
However, if your billing ended say, at March 28th 23:50 GMT, and you resub 15 minutes later making March 29th 00:05 GMT, you are SoL.

if they say no, just tell them that due the all the info that came out on the whole Loyalty Program and all the news and pictures you saw, you were just too awestruck to act in a timely fashion.

I've read about a few other cases like this and usually if you manage to catch it and correct it "within 24 hours" they'll still allow you to qualify. As the others said I'd probably contact customer support just to make sure everything's fine with that.

Interesting question. My credit card tends to flag NCSoft purchases as potential fraud and won't put a note on the account that they are not so I do worry about losing out due to their sillyness (this is why I changed credit card once already, this one tends to query rather than just refuse to pay).
