O.O!!!

My less than 10minutes into the hour XP Booster was lost due to the downtime!

And I lost the xp gained from it too!

I would petition that...CS should be able to help.

If it was rolled back that far, check to see if it's back in your email.

Well heard from a GM, nothing they can do, so they sent it up the ladder!

GM Grackle might give you another one. \o/

The rollback only cost me the time it took to re-add the salvage and a bit of a shock.

I'd unloaded my whole inventory of salvage and refilled my inspirations, then headed to take down Sentinel. To my surprise, I ended up facing down the EB with a completely empty insp tray. Oops.

Thankfully he fell easily enough.

If I'd lost a DxP booster, or even just a windfall or signature summon or such... I wouldn't be as happy.

Hopefully they'll help you Brandy, but with some of the bad experiences I've had with CS in the past, I wouldn't count on it.

I lost a LotG (and a couple other IO's) a few years back on WW's, and the CS reps wouldn't even elevate my petition to somebody that could look into the matter. They simply assumed that I was trying to scam them and dismissed me out of hand. I'm still sore about that one.

It does bring an interesting new dimension to the microtransaction store. Back when we were all just paying a flat $15 per month (with some one-off perk packs now and then that were all permanent), it wasn't a big deal just to tell someone, "Oh well, sorry about that, it's just the kind of bad luck that happens sometimes." It's not like if you got a purple drop that was rolled back you actually paid specifically for that drop and now it's lost.

In this case, though, it's altogether possible that someone did pay specifically for something that, after the rollback, was simply lost. "Eaten up" in the system, so to speak. I'd like to think that they have some system in place so that if there's a rollback (as there has been sometimes particularly after an unexpectedly buggy issue release), it would refund any Paragon Store items that were claimed during the rollback period. Realistically speaking, I don't know that there is.
