I think MoM may be bugged

This is something that I have seen happen 3 times... in a row... and that counts as enemy action.

During the fourth phase of the MoM trial, the normal strategy of dragging Giant Monsters into Shalice's path and killing them just isn't working for the first statue. This strategy works for the second and the third, but for some reason the first statue is being buggy as hell.

I think it might have just been the incompetence of the team, but after personally doing it myself... twice... I am now starting to think that the MoM trial is bugged.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Alright, a bit of an update. I've been in a couple more trials, and there has been instances where the GMs are working correctly. It may, indeed, be that I just have been getting teams that are incredibly precise in their ineptitude, and cannot comprehend or perform instructions requiring more than two steps and/or initiative on the part of the players to be able to gauge when something is in Shalice's path.

I've always noticed the first Shalice gets a lot closer to the fountain than the other two, but like you, I always thought it was just the team trying to get in their groove.

It is a challenging phase, no doubt. I've done this one on my blaster, my scrapper, my emp defender and my grav/kin and ill/rad troller.

The grav/kin is the hardest for me. I do remember to dismiss Singularity prior to porting in. But remembering to buff just prior to the spawning of Shalice can be problematic when trying to rez people (temp powers, yay) and position myself properly and monitor league chat and then spam single target immobs and holds. But, not all teams are created equal and sometimes the heals are needed to keep the team going, so it's a quick tab or two over to get the right heal in. It can be tough.

That being said, level shifts also make a big difference in this trial. You definitely don't want to leave without debuff or a kin, or preferably both.
Sadly, our player base tends not to play the game with keen eye focused on the screen, but with an ice cold pint of beer, ice cream or both. Easily distracting consumables.

The Nightmares in that phase are bosses, and once held can be pushed to the right location (force bubble, hurricane, likely even force bolt).

Nemmie's Staff isn't available in that iTrial.

But I have used Torrent to push them into the path. Same trick for the Voids. I love Torrent.

I've seen the 'GMs' die near and she wasnt held. In those circumstances I usually just guess the game didn't register it or it wasn't quite close enough. I've just never concerned myself over it, since I've never failed over it, since if it doesn't work with one, you should always be pulling multiple GMs to her location in case one isn't killed properly. (which I am sure you know)

I've seen her immobilized/held countless times with just a single GM killed near her.

Due to the 60s base recharge on TK, you can either move the bosses or TK tilman, but not both. Basically if your league has low dps you TK tilman or if your league is having trouble positioning the bosses you can TK the bosses. Typically melee taunters will be able to handle positioning the bosses just fine, but TK is great for giving your league alot of extra time to kill tilman.

You also need to be careful if you are TKing Tilman not to toggle it on until the boss is killed first, otherwise you can push the boss away from tilman resulting in a wasted kill.

There's also the possibility in those instances of your friendly neighborhood crowd controllers just not *using* their holds at the proper time - the boss kill simply makes her *vulnerable* to holds after all...it doesn't actually hold
