Will the Enhancement Catalysts stay stuck?

Are there any plans to make the Enhancement Catalysts transferable? They come out of the "Account Items" inbox when they're claimed from Super Packs, which I was under the impression made them account bound, that's why I pulled them onto one of my mains only to find out differently. Claiming 25x Reward Merits over 100 times will make most people turn off the warning that they'll be stuck on that character, right? It did me. I now have two mains that are fully catalysed and one of them has six more stuck on him, the other has five while three other AT-setted toons don't have any at all. I've asked around and I don't seem to be anywhere near the only one this has happened to.

At very least, maybe make the dropped ones tranferrable so that we aren't discouraged from playing our favorite alts?

Above I posted (as a tiny edit) that I made a mistake and claimed to take them out of the wrong mailbox. Maybe it was just a momentary lapse but it may have confused me that the Character Items mail is account-wide and the Account Items mail is specific to one character...

I think you're still confused. Or you're explaining yourself badly.

Account Items are available to every character, new and old, once per character. Veteran Rewards, etc.

Character Items may be claimed one time ever by one character. Consumables, SBEs, etc.

Catalysts come in the Character Items mailbox, not the Account Items mailbox. Everything from the Super Packs comes in the Character Items mailbox.

Personally I think they really should be tradable to characters on the same account only. My stalker now has two from running dark astoria content that she will never ever have any use for, as she already has a full superior ATO set slotted. They have mentioned that it's something they've gotten a lot of feedback on, and are looking into a fix for. I have the same problem - However, I DO have a workaround. If you happen to have multiple level 50s of the same AT, you can unslot the superior, email it to yourself, unslot the normal, claim it on the character with the catalyst, and catalyze that one. Unfortunately, this is only doable if you have multiple 50s of the same AT and at least one of them does NOT already have a full superior set.

Yeah, this needs to be fixed ASAP. It's something that was poorly implemented and could be easily fixed. You already have a category of item that can only be mailed to your own global. I don't remember offhand what exactly that item was, though. Anyway, whatever that item is, copy the code for how those items are collected and patch in a conversion process for the first time each character logs in. Simple, right?

They're working on it. But any fix has to be prioritized, scheduled, coded, and tested. So, it won't be real soon.

One other point to note.

In I-23 Beta, there are new ATO's being tested.

So, while the Catalyst's aren't currently tradeable (I don't disagree with the
folks who think they should be), you'll still have potential use for them soonish,
when the new ATO sets are released.
