Methinks he needs something to complete his outfit...

Awwww how cute! What would be hilarious is when your baby really turns out to be a villian, MUWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Cancel the kitchen scraps for widows and lepers, no more merciful beheadings and call off christmas!
LoL
I have to admit inspiration came from Layla's VIP scarf back in... when was that? Thanksgiving-ish?
I've been making high top booties for my friends for a few years, now. When I saw that scarf, I instantly thought "oooo! Hero/Villie booties!"
So, yeah, I've been working on them off and on since then.
The pattern needed some adjusting (read "math"), that took a few trials and errors. Each pair takes me about 20 hrs total.

Just remember to sniff them first. You DON'T want to eat a dirty diaper.

Those things'll kill ANYTHING.

Fun trivia. When MiniTurg came home, I decided I wanted to see how much a diaper could theoretically hold. Took one to the sink, dribbled water into it in 1 cup increments.

It can hold up to 3 cups of water before it starts rejecting.
Let that sink in.

You did those in about 20 hours each pair? Wow, that is fast! Speedy and stylish! Hmm, I think I know what to recommend in the All Things Art thread for Icon's next fashion trend...
Give the mini some time. He'll be able to fill it up eventually.

I thought it was Layla who did that scarf; sorry, my bad.
As for Baby Booties for Icon... I dunno... the only baby that I know of in the game is BNY... and, sorry, but that kid ain't gonna look cute no matter what ya dress 'im in.

Dude, I've got to ask, and be completely honest. Is he a clone of you? Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I'm just curious.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
(If you love this game as much as I do, please read that post.)

Not as baby booties. Certainly not for BNY! That would just be... *shudders*

No, no, I was thinking their designs would look nice as sneaker options in the boot category.

Well, half of his genetic code is mine, so if anything, that's a plus in my book. Are you trying to say I look like a sleepy baby IRL?

He's got some similarities to me back when I was a preemie; before he put on weight in the NICU, he looked exactly like me when I was around a year old because I was underweight. (Luckily, he's put on excellent weight since his birth.)
When he was born he had a nice head of hair. Almost 3 months later and that's swiftly disappearing. I didn't have hair on my head 'til I was 3. I hope he doesn't go through that. Nothing's worse than relatives putting gift stick-on bows on your head trying to make you laugh, when all you want to do is cut them with your Fisher-Price switchblade.
He's got some advantages from his mother however. I'm built like a cartoon hot-dog: Long torso, short arms and legs. (I often do the T-Rex clap to show this off at parties.) MiniTurg was born VERY long for his gestational age, and continues to sport long arms and legs. I know who'll be getting the mugs from the top cupboard for dear ol' daddy once they can stand on their own.
