Purple recipes cost 20.
That said, with the items that transform one enhancement into another coming soon, I'm surprised any of the enhancements are cheaper than others.

The SOA proc seems to be confused, it one part it says -dmg debuff/terrorize and another spot it says -dmg debuff/Toxic DoT

The short description has been wrong since it was introduced and is fixed on beta, but that fix hasn't made it to live yet.
