That was my question, if it could be considered one. And it was rhetorical, in that graystar had already done it before I posted.
The most dramatic shift in situation isn't the long-duration insps, which can be helpful, but the arrival of very high damage Lore pets, which reduces the equation from "beat GM regen" to "just stay alive."

I think the team insps buff pets as well, so the combination of the two opens doors to player characters that traditionally didn't have the tools to solo GMs.

Like I said, the paladins destroyed my lore pets almost instantaneously and I died shortly afterward. The +Resistance and defense insps might help a great deal in that regard.

I looked in the store and couldn't find these. They weren't listed in any of the inspirations categories, at least not for me. Are you all talking about something that's on beta right now? And what exactly are their names? The OP doesn't make any mention of beta, and everyone else seems to be talking like they're on Live too.

(Please forgive my ignorance here, I happily helped beta test Issue 21 but there are just too many things in Issue 22 that I don't want to spoil for myself, before me and my friends RP through the content. So I am not beta testing Issue 22. I do my part, I have sent in a lot of bug reports in my meager two years, don't glare at me like that. )

My ill/rad could do this before incarnates existed and my t4 everything MA/shield scrapper can do it now no inspirations for both toons, I don't get it what's the big deal.

I thought this kinda stuff was child's play for Masterminds.

The trick is doing it against THREE giant monsters at the same time. It's slightly different.

Team inspirations are called "imbuements" in this list

Thanks Aggelakis, but now I'm even more confused. I found those inspirations in the game earlier (they are under the Inspirations - Team category). But here is the in-game description of the Defense Imbuement: "Good Luck Imbuement Team Inspiration (Large) (+25% Defense to Team - Duration : 120 seconds) Quantity : 5"

120 seconds is only 2 minutes. What gives? Is this a typo? Or are the 5 minute inspirations still on the beta server?

ALL of the imbuements have 120 seconds or "Duration: instant" in their descriptions (I'm in-game right now, alt-tabbing to the forums).

If you get enough Defense or Resistance or -ToHit or Healing or Regen to survive the attacks, which are easy to survive... then it's just a matter of focusing firepower on taking them out one at a time. Especially since you're Dark Miasma... if you keep them tightly grouped, they're gonna miss a lot. Team Insps can help with that, but many MM builds have ways of doing that without needing them.
Three at once is a bit of a challenge. My bots/traps can usually hold the attention of two of them, but if I tried to take on a third, there's a good chance that one of them would get free and start attacking my pets.

Indeed. And while I'm not trying to belittle the accomplishment of the OP, the over exaggeration of the accomplishment is a bit misplaced.

When you have softcapped defenses and a strong heal (like twilight grasp, which OP had) as well as being an MM, which has been proven to be very strong against hard stationary targets, doing things like this shouldn't be a suprise. That and they're paladins, they don't hit hard and being low level means they have less HP and by extension far less regen.

This is nothing new.

Over on the scrapper forums, didn't someone solo something like 16 AVs simultaneously? I can't recall the specifics, but I know people have solo'd unusual amounts of AVs before. An AV isn't a GM but typically they have more offensive capabilities and less HP.

Your super insps ain't got **** on Demons/Time : SO build one t4 (Interface) and never a single time I've had to use an insp to beat GMs or AVs.

@MidnightGuard - on Union you may know me as:
Mr. Vile - Electroman X - Zenodorus - Battler
Naga Knight - Stinkspitter

In this exercise, we're using Incarnates, so, you're allowed to use Barrier.

I do it all the time with my Fire/Rad corruptor. 3 paladins, Jack and E, Adamastor, Scrapyard, Babbage, Kraken, Jurassik...

Like Arcana points out, the tier 4 Lore pets are a huge part of that - some of them couldn't have been done without the Lore pets. Some of them I managed without them, though.

I've never used any of the new store-bought insps.

The best claim I can make is that during once of the Anniversary events when the Ocho was spawning tons of GM's, my Dark/Elec brute tanked about six or seven Deathsurges without taking more than a scratch. I couldn't do much to hurt them (at least, not fast enough to notice before the rest of the zone descended upon them). And Elec Armor against Deathsurge is kind of cheating. But come on, there were six or seven of them! That's gotta count for something, right?

The 5 minutes is a recent buff, it's live but they haven't updated the descriptions yet, they also persist through death (although probably not for pets).
Obviously, the health and endurance ones are still instant.

Main Hero: Mazey - level 50 + 1 fire/fire/fire blaster.
Main Villain: Chained Bot - level 50 + 1 Robot/FF Mastermind.

Thanks Mazey! Although, I ended up buying five defense imbuements while waiting for a response here (glad the forums were correct ). Paragon Studios, I hope you're reading this because I would have started buying these a couple of weeks ago! You missed out on, like, a lot of money! Like two or three dollars AT LEAST!

I'm also getting the impression they stack? Like if I use two at once, the buff lasts ten minutes?
