The emote name would be ThrowConfetti (no space), or simply Confetti. Also, I'm not sure what you intend the $$ to do, but you can probably leave it out. You may also be able to leave out the quotes, but I don't see the harm in leaving them in.

$$ is for chaining commands together. In addition, from what I recall, you don't put spaces before or after $$.
