I don't recall ever meeting him. I do recognize the names of several characters on these
Atlas dedication images. I think he would appreciate(s) this effort done for him.

I closed down the launcher, re-started it...
I now see progress % in a circle on the
Char Select/Create Menu...

so it must be working..

I have entered Atlas 'Paragon City Hall', inquired the clerk and got a list of SG names.
My char is robotic in nature so I would like to join a robot based SG.

Is there a way to contact anyone belonging to any of these SG's besides asking each person on the street which SG they are a member of?

I slotted 5 Panacea enhancements in my Healer character
to get the 7% Recharge increase.

I guess you can only do this once, in other words,
I can't slot in another 5 Panacea enhancements in any other
enhancement category for the same character?

I ran the Ernesto Hess TF successfully using Crystal Databank in Oroboros.
Thanks to the helpful players on this Bulletin Board.

Lately , I tried to run it again, but it didn't work. Lars gives me these tasks to complete, we Defeated 15 council, located computer blah, blah,...then I finally meet Ernesto Hess thinking I would be given the TF. (as I was given before)

But he acts like I have more important things to do.

I also don't know why CoH never bothered to have Lars located on the Map. It's a pain in the **** to find him without knowing exactly where he is.
I only found him earlier because Lars missions provides GPS sort of arrow guide to him.

Perhaps I forgot to do something this time around...not sure.

Performance Shifter
Gives a 20% chance of granting the powers target a small infusion of endurance.

I have a Healer and wish to use this in Recovery Aura to boost endurance for team mates.

Is this useful for that purpose or is it just for my characters' benefit?

Do I have to complete some kind of Oros mission first to be allowed to run Lars
arc ?
